Had ex employers access my personal data when i logged into my account using a work laptop. Took the info, retained it and sent it to some acquaintances. Also suspect they sent malware to my phone lol. Reported but police slept on it and said.. oh cant find evidence. What the hell man.

Is there any way to check for open ports on a phone running in android 16? And services running. Understand termux does not give root privileges so I can't run netstat. Any other apps allow checking for this? Abit reluctant to connect to a computer as i am not sure if my computer is compromised. Also unfamiliar with adb.
