Every time I order the chicken sandwich, it never comes with the ranch like it says it does on the menu. Is it just the location intentionally not giving ranch out or is this more widespread?

If anyone was wondering like I was for 10 minutes, you have to go to the checkout screen to add the 5 free wings. They aren't able to be ordered by the piece unless you get at least 10 from the normal menus.

I click the email and then it takes me to the website and nothing happens. Nothing on the app either.
