Did I do too much damage?

I am 10 days out from a repair of a full thickness super spinatus rotator cuff tear. I received a paper after surgery that showed some exercises to start on day two. One of them was to take my arm out of the sling and bend my elbow up to my chest and bring it back down again to keep the elbow from getting stiff. The other one was doing little pendulum swings with the shoulder. The problem is that I did not notice that for both of those exercises, I was supposed to be using my good arm to assist the surgery arm. I did not notice that until yesterday. Now I am worried that I have done damage to that repair. I don’t see the surgeon for another week. Do you think I have damaged it by doing that? And if so, do you think it will still heal OK or would it have to have another surgery? I am so worried about this.

Best Photo Editor for Apple

Currently, I shoot all the photos on my phone in raw and bring them into Lightroom for editing because I have so many more options there. Is there a editor for Apple photos that might be similar to Lightroom?

Transferring Apple photos to Lightroom

I have all of our family photos stored in Apple photos. I have a 20 GB subscription to Lightroom because I use Photoshop for any client work. I import my client work into Lightroom and finish editing in Photoshop and then after I have delivered the images I just delete all of those. So basically I don’t keep much in the cloud at all for Lightroom. (Not talking, Lightroom classic here.) has anyone stopped using Apple Photos and use Lightroom completely? I like to take our family photos into Lightroom for the editing because there are so many more options but then I generally transfer them back to Apple photos. Just wondering if anyone has made the switch 100% from Apple photos to Lightroom. I like Apple photos because my photos are all stored in the cloud and I would not mind paying the cloud storage for Adobe if leaving Apple Photos is a good idea. I would love anybody’s thoughts on this.

2 folders with LR images when using cloud

I have images in Lightroom desktop that are synced to the cloud. Those original images are stored in my pictures folder on my computer in a folder that says Lightroom CC. When I open Lightroom classic and look at the synced images that came over from Lightroom, I noticed that the originals are also stored in my pictures folder, but those are in another folder named mobile downloads. Both of these folders contain my original raw files and are quite large. Do I need both folders which contain the originals?

Virtual Copies in LrC & Library

When I add photos from my hard drive to the cloud via Lightroom desktop and sync them to the cloud, they show up in Lightroom classic as virtual copies. Why is that? Have I done something wrong in the import process?

Better concentration with audiobooks?

I love listening to audiobooks but have a really hard time staying focused on the book if I’m trying to do something that requires my mind along with listening. So basically I can only listen when in the car or cleaning the house or out on a walk, etc. Does anyone else have this trouble. Any suggestions on how to learn to listen and concentrate on something else at the same time?

Benefits of LR Cloud over ACR?

I have always used Bridge>ACR>PS for editing but I'm wondering if it would be better to switch over to Lightroom? I wouldn't need LrC because I have a good file system that I use Bridge for but wondering what the benefits would be to switch from ACR over to Lightroom Cloud?

Importing RAW shot in monochrome with LR

I often have to shoot in monochrome but always RAW. I want to edit my RAW images in color. When I import to LR the import as B&W. When I was using LrC it imported them in color. Is there a way to automatically have them show color on import or do I have to manually change them all?

One more Pace target question

I would love to ask one more question about Pace targets if someone might have any thoughts on this. I am a Galloway (run/walk) runner. I run for 30 seconds and walk for 30 seconds. At 72 years old it’s what keeps me doing marathons. I’m wondering if it is possible for me to do Pace target running classes at all? I also walk three days a week and my pace targets for walking classes are perfectly accurate, but I’m wondering on my running days if there’s any way to try to use the Pace targets or if I should just do my own thing.

Pace Targets on Tread?

I have completed 2 pace target runs so far. But even though they were running pace target classes, the tread chose my walking pace targets. Do I need to manually change something before each class, depending on whether it’s a walk or a run to keep the correct pace targets? If so, how do I change that?

Changing sort type in LrC

When I take a photo into Photoshop from LrC and then bring it back, the edited photo shows first, followed by the original. Is there a way to change that so I can view my original followed by the edit?

Auto Stacking with LrC after edits in PS

When I take a RAW image from LrC into PS, edit it and then save it back to LrC, I would like for it to auto stack with the original image. It does this automatically in Lightroom Cloud version but I can't get it to do it in LrC

Lightroom CC vs. bridge and Camera Raw

I was wondering, the advantages or disadvantages of using Lightroom cloud version (not LrC) for editing over Adobe Bridge and Camera Raw. I do mostly portrait editing and bring the majority of my work into Photoshop. I do not need it for photo organization.
