Cringe lyrics aside, Liberation is eargasmic. We don't get many piano songs anymore that don't lean into the pop side. But the production on this thing is top 3 from wotp. Chris kills it on the bass, Dom nails the drums, and the acoustic guitar in the background adds so much. It's just a shame it's basically over after 2 and a half minutes. Could've had a 20 second intro, an extended piece between chorus 1 and verse 2, and a section between verse 2 and final chorus. Again, lyrics aren't very strong. Im really not a fan of "we have plans to take you down" in fact this was the moment I knew Muse should step away from the 'overthrow the government' gimmick and I'm glad they did after this album🤣.
I also hear people say it's just a queen rip-off, but isn't that the point? This album was meant to be a best-of without it being a best-of. A mixture of all their sounds, so assuming it was intended, I think they did a pretty damn good job. It just should've been a lot longer. But then you could say that for half of wotp🤣
What are other people's thoughts on this song? Or Wotp overall? 4 years on...

I completed all the roads driven like 2 months ago and then all of a sudden in missing 20?? And I look around the map and there's just these random blank spots dotted about the place. Very annoying. Anyone else experienced the same thing?
Currently on the rewatch and just about to finish season 7. And I've found myself laughing more during the Sean Kenny and hutch moments than I did with Axl Sean and Darrin. Who do you guys prefer? I think Hutch is a great character and I'm glad they kept Kenny around too. My favourite one has to be the grilled cheese. Darrin got a little annoying with his dumb comments by the time he left the show, but the bossCo stories always made me laugh. Hard to choose between the two groups though.
Using the HST barrier coach, the layers R bit messed up as you can see there's a couple of blacked out windows and one of the blue stripes is missing a bit of it on one side. Couldn't get round it unfortunately but apart from that it's come out nicely :)
Clearly the band, ESPECIALLY Matt, absolutely love still performing this song. It's got more crowd interaction than it ever has, and Matt seems to goof around a little with the lyrics which just makes it that bit more unique and fun. I'm more than happy for this to stay, even more so now knowing it's one of Matt's favourites.
This is all jokes btw, but all I'm saying is if you really hate the song still being in the setlist then why are you still singing it during the shows😂😂. It's a crowd interaction track which is probably why it's still there. If you want it gone then stop going "OOOOHHHH AHHHHHHHHHH OHHHH WOAHHHHHH OOOOOOO WOAH AHHHHHHHHH🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️" 😂

I get they want their shots, but really??? This isn't my picture I saw it from one of the many clips that show him right in the way.
Of course I would love to see the West Cornwall route updated with a new timetable that coincides with the Riviera Timetable (and the line down to Falmouth). However it being extended all the way to Plymouth would mean services at LEAST 1hr 45 minutes long despite it only being 64ish miles.
St. Austell to Plymouth is about 29 miles of track which isn't enough for today's route standards. However including the branches off to Looe and Newquay and Gunnislake would definitely make it worth it.
What do you guys think would be the best way to see the full line in game? A fully updated West Cornwall route all the way to Plymouth? Or a separate 3rd route to cover the rest of the line?
