I am logging 15k to 20k steps a day across 12 to 16 hour shifts. I am moving between concrete stages, backlots, grass, mud, and uneven outdoor spots, and my feet are beat.
I am looking for recommendations on both lightweight work shoes and durable boots that can handle high mileage on all surfaces.
What are your go to shoes or boots for long shifts?

Did anyone catch Gio’s comment about Gilgo beach and prostitutes? I can’t recall exactly what he said but it was over the line. How tone deaf can somebody be?

This happened yesterday.
An RTS employee asked if anything was wrong with my route, so I told him the van had a bad vibration over 35 mph and later started making a clicking noise.
When I told my DSP, he got mad and said I shouldn’t have told Amazon anything and should’ve only told him. It honestly felt like he was expecting me to hide or not be honest about safety issues if Amazon asks.
This also isn’t the first time. A while back, an Amazon safety inspector told me the tread on my tires was too low and sent me back to switch vans. My DSP told me to keep the same van and finish my route anyway.
Has anyone else dealt with something like this?
