( long story short freeup is an app that is for thrifting you can do COD cause it's inside the app it's safe [well it ain't that much safe🥀💔] )

But there's a big issue here

People who do things against TOS but they still aren't taken action against

Let me turn my silence off almost EVERYONE on freeup is transactioning outside the app this kind individual

il call him nik i request him to do COD and after much more going back and forth he agreed and after 24 this individual mentioned me and said "bro I'm not shipping your order" when I asked him give me a valid reason (I was still messaging him through freeup) he didn't reply then i realised he had an Instagram account so i messaged him there and then he agreed that "bro someone bought it as a combo and he paid extra" as you can see in the SS and then I started confronting him he started saying dude I can give you other stuff (I just wanted the jersey nothing else) then i lastly asked him bro I just want my jersey he said " bro I'm not shipping your jersey that's it" so i managed to get his information

(You may be asking what your doing all this just for a jersey NO. this is a common issue many freeup customers deal with these kinds of idiots and FREEUP DOESN'T DO ANYTHING) we don't wanna get scammed on Instagram and that's why some of us shifted to freeup

But even here is same issue buyers encourage other customers to contact them outside I'm telling as in a buyer's first perspective

And YOU CAN'T EVEN CONTACT FREEUP. There's no way you cant

Gmail not available

Customer Service only available for orders and for other reasons you can't contact

Freeup also doesn't respond to queries for month or two

And the most shitty thing they've added recently is the Cancel Request button

Your telling me that i just wanna cancel my order cause i put a wrong address I have to PAY ₹50? Are you actually serious? you can't cancel it unless you wait half a week just for that cancel isn't that so unnecessary and time wasting? And the most important part

Before you use to get suspended for a day or two (for any reason)

BUT NOW?

you don't get suspended you directly get penalized for any amount and it keeps going up and more penalities

Before it wasn't like this after 2 or 3 suspensions they would penalized now it's directly penalized

I hope freeup improve their moderation panel and control panel instead of wasting that penalized + COD money on PR , Brand Deals , Content Creators

And also I hope the person who I've mentioned in the picture please get penalized or banned cause of the way they've communicated towards me and the childish behaviour of theirs

So Basically i was pissed off for a past few days cause i couldn't get the W-218H beige (i already own one in navy blue but I just wanted it for formal wear) and uhm this looked kinda good though so I ordered it the first time it got out of stock while I tried to proceed (btw this was Totally coincidence I just searched some random casio related names in search bar then i found it available) and surprisingly i was listening to music and so i just went to my cart randomly it became available so I ordered (i lowk though it wouldn't let me order) but it actually proceed so now I'm stuck with should I cancel or cop it?
