[ LONG STORY / INTERACTION (1/3) ] I got back into this hot wheels "hobby" well apparently it's not an hobby but an words that involves NOT enthusiastic people/collectors but "clients" few days aback i wanted to get an Hot Wheels fantasy (Kei Swap cause it reminded of an kei car camper) and while buying i was at vacation and so I used to visit this shop frequently and I knew that guy so i told me man i need this if u have do lmk and he finds it in another casting non the less i didn't care about casting i js cared about the car and there are 2 (brothers?) working there I asked him sir where the car he at first had no idea second his mind ringed and he showed me the car and I was satisfied abit cause I was finally able to get my hands on it (it just rolled in my mind for 2 weeks but at last i decided to get it) but when I asked him about price he said 250.

In my mind I was like EXCUSE ME?, my lord are you hearing yourself 250 for an INDIAN CASTING? i kept my cool and I said OH what? I thought it was in MRP he said sir hot wheels has stopped coming stocks here and he also had chinese stock and he told me that this chinese stock itself is hard to import cause apparently importing hot wheels from china has an LIMIT idk much so i didn't said anything but he started telling me that even Indian stock hard to get and givin me blah blah shit so i js left that's when the 1st brother who deals in HW came I went for something and came back he waved at me and said sir what happened about the hot wheels? I said dude it's 250 I'm not payin alldat. then ts mf had the audacity to say sir understand we also have to sell its also hassle to keep this in our inventory/warehouse and then I said dude it's an fantasy casting I'm not paying that much. Then he started bargaining to me (atp i was having a headache talking w ts guy) he said ok do 200 I was like man do 180 I was talking with him outside atp so he invited me again into his shop handed me the car and I said like in a kind smile and happy aura are yaar do 179 it's an fantasy [MIND you this isn't the latest casting of this car it's an rlly old one and also the mrp sticker he actually had the audacity to remove the whole label itself and put his own sticker at top] and I was still talking with him bargaining about the 20 that's when he said the most disgusting thing ever. He said "sir your bargaining with me this much for a mere 20 rupees don't we also want an little bit of profit" atp i just wanted to walk off but my INFP ass didn't let me get those words out but at the same time buying from online for mrp and paying for shipping was almost overpaying atp so i just bought it

This whole interaction we had I never said dude it's an kids car or anything I just said it's an fantasy i thought he'd mention BUT he never did. what the actually has happened with this hobby when I left in 24.. so much happened in these 2 years

Currently my only hw homie/friend let's call him P 3 years ago we were such an bestie our minds were linked like that larva brothers and then when i left I only contact him 2 times once I said dude look at my tshirt design he said oh that looks better I don't have an strong memory but it was something like and then at 2025 yeah after almost a year I sent an reel randomly asked him how are u this guy ghosted me...

It's crazy that some people betray you in this hobby

Mind you this guy told me once to sell at MRP outside the group even though he and I was both at this group at the same time

And also i left was just cause of I had an bad phone which i was in HW FellowCollectors Group / like minded people it was an really good group

But now i feel almost lonely not meeting someone who collects hot wheels just for the sake of the hobby not profit💔it feels like there's no point getting into this hobby but what can I say.

I've spent a decade into this hobby i started buying at 6 started collecting again at 2023 why has so much changed Covid literally changed the pricing and now this hobby has reached hands of nibba nibbis, no lifers,old men, wannabes and due to this mf people the demand has increased so much getting stock is hard and normal people can't get an car they don't have in their collection but reaches hands of disgusting people like these.

See I use an android I had bought an iPad 9th Gen in 2023 so i know a bit of Apple's Ecosystem but that got waterdrained so it broke and just a year ago my mother bought an Vivo Y29 and uhm. let's just say it doesn't have the nicest camera and the display is absolutely horrendous I hate it my previous iPad display was better than ts and even though it has a frame rate of 60 it doesn't concern me as games will not be important as I'm keeping camera as my main concern and the apps what i mean by apps is mostly many useful apps are exclusively available in App Store not in Android nor u can download them (excluding apple tv and apple music etc) and possibly i wanna do content on it I used to say iphone this iphone that but my sister owns an iPhone 13 still works good in IOS 26 so please suggest me as a student which iphone i should get
