Beginner, Have been doing 6-8 sets per muscle a week. And people are over here saying 50 sets per muscle? Wouldn’t that take hours and hours? Just to clarify when I say muscle I mean like 8 sets of excercises a week for chest (per muscle) am I reading it wrong?

[LFH] [PC] [500$US] [US]

I play competitive games and need to hear footsteps so I bought some Hd490 pros. Very good headset and I like them, but I really miss the wireless aspect of headphones and this headphone doesn’t have a microphone.

Is there any good headset with a wide sound stage for positional audio and wireless? The mic is optional but would be nice to have.

Budget $500 US

Best beginner bike I won’t outgrow.

5’9 What’s a good beginner bike I can get for around $3000 used that I won’t outgrow? The bike will be used on %70 trails and %30 roads if I had to guess to get to friends houses. So I would want something fast enough to take on roads but would ride it for the trails. I also want something that’s a learning curve and won’t outgrow it in a couple years than have to get another bike.

20 in NY, been blue collar since high school, kind of regretting not going to college

I’m 20 in New York. Went straight into blue collar work after high school and I’ve been doing it since. Base is about 80k right now. In like 9 years if I stick with it I’ll top out around 170k base.

The only reason blue collar money looks so good online is because people work an insane amount of overtime. That’s how they hit those big numbers. I don’t want that to be my life. I’m already tired of feeling like I’m working every day.

I don’t even get dirty or sweat at my job, it’s not that kind of physical work, and I still hate it. I just want a normal desk job with better work-life balance and options to be remote or hybrid. Something where I can still make solid money long-term, like 200k+ in the middle of my career, without having to live at work.

I’m bad at math but willing to try things.
Thinking about going back to school and switching careers completely.

What jobs or majors are actually worth it right now for someone who wants a desk job, decent money, and a life outside of work? And have good employment rates.

It doesn’t even have to be a desk job honestly just a low stress low intensive job that’s chill and makes great money.

Best Laptop for Electrical Engineering and Gaming?

What laptop will be good enough for Electrical Engineering and a little gaming on the side? Roblox, Rust, Minecraft. I heard that Mac’s might run into windows only problems with engineering but not sure. US

HD490 pros OR another headset? (For positional audio, high competitive games with footsteps)

I know nothing about headsets but bought some HD490 pros because I heard they have really good directional audio and a wide sound stage. Is there a headset for $350 USD that’s better than this or the same? Would also prefer it to have a microphone.

Best headset for footsteps and sense in direction?

I currently have Artic Nova 5x wireless headset, worse headset in my life. I had $40 headsets that sound better than this and it gives me a headache playing because the audio is so muffled and the “Sonar” is cancer.

Does anyone have good headset recommendations for this game to hear footsteps better and clear audio?

Budget $200ish would be nice maybe $300

I would also like to have a microphone that’s acceptable on it but if it makes that much of a difference to not have one on it don’t worry about it i’ll just get a standalone mic.

UPDATE
I ordered the HD 490 Pros, I will update you guys on when I get them in 2 days!

Shittiest headphones i’ve ever owned

Steelseries Artics Nova 5x

Just wanted to say how dogshit this headphone is and how horrid the steelseries sonar app is. Sounds like muffled dogshit in my ear and can’t hear jack shit of where people are in games. My $40 turtle beaches had better quality audio. Mic quality is good though

That’s it
