Couldn't grapheneos just sue the EU?

Like with the new hardware attestation and such coming up, if the EU locks it to google-android and ios, couldn't they just sue the EU in an anti-trust lawsuit?

EDIT: mean the EU itself is pretty tough on antitrust lawsuits, so wouldn't even a symbolic lawsuit have some benefit?

EDIT 2: seems like the EUID is updating to use androids open attestation system instead of play integrity API, so grapheneos might not have to

EDIT 3: Also in case its not that apparent, this was more of a why not question sort of like a hypothetical rather than a serious question

Final update: From various people being kind enough to share more info, and shed more light on the situation, I have realized that my question is kinda stupid and it would be unwise to do so(sue), thank you all for educating me

Serious question

Is an iPhone actually bad at taking pictures? Specifically raws? It has high res 48MP raws which most if not all phones lack, worth it or just marketing with no use considering how tiny the sensor is?

Like specifically compared to other phones, not proper full on cameras

I trust yall more than other subs
