The opportunities Izzy could have

If she would stop doing dumb shit (the peacocks, sharing her SIL’s pregnancy, the weight comments) and actually appeared as if she cared about her mistakes, she’d have so many more opportunities. She has a decent following. She could use her online presence to her advantage.

She doesn’t have to do dumb, performative shit for views. She could be popular with GRWMs and product reviews and days in the life videos etc. especially in New York

Brands would want to sponsor her if she had any redeeming qualities women could look up to. Like kindness, compassion, humility, leadership. She’d have more friends at Alabama too. And more opportunities for interviews, podcasts, TV shows.

Yet she acts immature and the center of attention every chance she gets

I feel like a lot of people are misunderstanding Stassi… she’s sarcastic af

Yes, I feel like Stassi is controlling and self-involved. However, I feel like so many people are taking her jokes a little too seriously. I’m currently watching the show and feel like she’s just being sarcastic most of the time? She’s trying to be funny for a TV show. I don’t think it’s as deep as some people are making her issues out to be

I hate flying

I hate how expensive it is to fly anywhere. I hate having to pay extra money for things like seat selection and checking a bag. I hate feeling packed like a sardine in a tiny airplane. I hate that so many people are inconsiderate in the airport and on the airplane. I hate people who don’t use headphones and everyone can what they are playing.

It feels like the only way you can fly comfortably these days is if you are rich. And most of us are not.

Postpartum period causing major anxiety

I (28F) had my baby 6 months ago and stopped breastfeeding 4 months ago. My period recently came back, and following it, I’ve had intense anxiety. Heart racing, panicky feelings. I am also now having issues with hot flashes and sweating. I take lexapro for general anxiety but it doesn’t feel like it’s working anymore since my period came back. Before, I was feeling so good and genuinely happy postpartum. Is this normal?

AITAH for missing my friend’s wedding because I have a baby?

My (28F) childhood friend (27F) got married last weekend and I had to miss the wedding. My friend has stopped talking to me entirely.

I have not known about this wedding for very long because she planned it in February of this year. I have a 6 month old baby. My friend lives 2,000+ miles away.

I just couldn’t make it work. The travel was too hard. My husband couldn’t get time off work and I wasn’t comfortable traveling with my baby alone. I also didn’t want to leave my baby behind. I apologized to my friend, contributed to her registry, and told her I’d try and plan a trip to visit sometime in the near future. She told me she upset, and that I should have just traveled with my baby.

She was a bridesmaid and traveled for my wedding. I gave her 1 year of advance notice though. And she doesn’t have kids.

I have tried reaching out to her since her wedding last weekend, to congratulate her and ask how things went, but she hasn’t responded. It’s very unlike her as she normally responds right away.

AITA? Should I have made it work?

AITAH for being upset my friend didn’t attend my wedding reception?

*reposted because other post was deleted*

My husband and I eloped last year. We knew we wanted a reception with family and friends, something simple. We decided to host a weekend of camping with our loved ones during the first weekend of June. The first night, there would be a reception at a nearby hall with food, drinks, and dancing. In March, we sent out the details to everyone.

I have a friend (10+ years of friendship) who lives pretty far away, about a 5 hour flight. She just had a baby in January. I told her I had space in my RV for her and her baby for the weekend.

She told me she really wanted to come, but wasn’t sure if her husband would be able to get time off work. She kept reassuring me she wanted to be there. A few weeks before the reception, she texted me that her husband wasn’t able to get the time off and she couldn’t come.

I was pretty bummed. I did so much for her wedding, and really wanted her there to celebrate my husband and I. I feel like she could’ve come with the baby, or had someone else (like her parents) watch the baby, or somehow made it work…

A few years ago, when I was struggling financially, I attended her wedding and was a bridesmaid, which was really expensive with the flights, dress, etc. I also traveled for the bachelorette.

What really hurts me is she was just in someone else’s wedding. A friend where she currently lives. Her parents watched her baby while she attended the wedding. She was a bridesmaid and it looked like she did so much for that day. But nothing for me.

AITAH for being upset?

Is this person looking at me? (See video)

Does the guy in red ever look at me (recording) or does he just look at the guy in black?

AITAH for missing my friend’s wedding celebration?

I (29F) have a 6 month old baby and live 2,000 miles away from my childhood friend. She and her husband eloped last spring during a spontaneous weekend. She did not want to have a traditional wedding, and talked about having a casual reception with family and friends someday.

In March 2026 she told me she would be hosting a party at a campground in her hometown to celebrate her marriage this summer. She and her husband would be staying in an RV. However, I realized the date for the party was 1 week before another friend’s wedding, in the same city I live in, and I am the MOH.

Since I have a baby I stay home with and my husband works full time, it is difficult to get time away. Our families do not live near us so childcare falls on the two of us. And my husband had already requested time off work for our friend’s wedding I am the MOH in almost a year ago because that’s when we received the save the date and knew we needed that weekend free. We didn’t know about the campground until March of this year.

He couldn’t get time off, and I couldn’t find anyone who could watch our baby. And I’m not comfortable flying, getting a rental car, and staying at a campground with my baby without my husband. I am a first time mom and motherhood has been challenging.

I told my friend I couldn’t make it, apologized, and told her I’d like to find another free weekend this summer where we can see each other. She seemed upset, however told me it was okay and she understood.

However… a few days later I received a text from a mutual friend of ours who told me how sad my friend was. She begged me to come, and said when I got married they were both struggling financially but still made it work for me. They were both bridesmaids in my wedding. I apologized again and said I had to stay home with my baby and couldn’t make it.

The wedding festivities are coming up soon… and there will be a lot of pictures of me as a MOH in my other friend’s wedding. I don’t want my friend I couldn’t see to feel bad. But I knew about this for over a year and it’s a formal event close by. Traveling to see her would be so hard… I know this is an important celebration for her though, it’s her marriage….

My friends haven’t spoken to me since I told them I couldn’t make it. AITAH?
