Is using a VPN necessary for torrenting in spain?

I live in spain, and I've seen people say that you should always use a vpn when torrenting mainly because of two reasons: first is that people can see your ip, and second is obviously because of copyright. However I can't find any free vpn that lets me p2p. So I don't know if I should keep torrenting without a vpn or if I should use another method. I find torrenting very easy and comfortable that's why I would like to keep using it. Let me know what you think.

My pc hard freezes exactly like my old pc used to (They dont have same components)

After one hour of playing on my new pc (rx 9070 xt, r7 9800x3d, b850 aorus elite, 32gb ddr5 corsair, 1000w gold corsair) hard freezes EXACTLY like my old pc (old asf components) used to. Everything stops working, the image freezes, a "brrrr" type of sound constantly repeats itself, and I have no other option than to reset with the case button. The freeze is exactly the same, but the pcs have no correlation, every single component is different. If I go to event log, it only says that windows didn't close well (because i pressed the case button), I've had different crashes with this new pc but they were different than this one, because one more time, the freeze is exactly the same in both pcs. i have the same mouse and keyboard, headphones and power strip, but I don't know if those are the problem. The monitor and hdmi are different. So please what is the problem, why does the exact same problem happen with 2 completely different pcs. I don't know what to do anymore

Got this error when installing drivers after resetting pc and it randomly freezes (rx 9070 xt)

After resetting the pc and installing the drivers this error pops up, i reinstalled them and went to older drivers with ddu but the same problem persists. It causes random freezes. This is what device manager says also

Rx 9070 xt freezes after installating drivers after resetting pc. Event log shows this message

I resetted the pc and when I was installing the drivers a lot of notification sounds popped up and some black screens, but seemed to work. When I went into event log 2 or 3 of the same message appeared (look into the picture), and now sometimes it randomly freezes. I tried fresh reinstalling with ddu and even going to older drivers but the exact same problem persists. I asked ai and it says it could be defective, but I dont know because before resetting the pc the gpu worked. What should I do? This is what appears in device management also

I just finished teote (2x18) and I think the episode is overrated

Dont get me wrong, the episode was amazing, it could easily be the best anime episode of all time if it had more build up. For example Nagisa's death had literally the whole show of build up, and thats why it made me cry, but this episode only had like one episode and half of build up (you could count Tomoya's father and Tomoya relationship as build up to this episode, but I don't really see it since you only connect it once you are half episode in). Basically the whole episode is about Tomoya redeeming himself and forgiving his father, taking example and taking responsibility of his daughter, because he's been practically disappeared for 5 years. the problem? Those 5 years are told in one episode. there is no real build up between the relationship of Tomoya and his daughter. You don't get enough time to blame Tomoya for being a bad father. you don't get to know Ushio and to connect with her. you have to assimilate everything in two episodes and then forgive Tomoya for being a bad father while you literally didn't see why is he a bad father at all. My point is that the episode lacks build up and therefore you can't really connect with Ushio. I still find the train sequence beautiful as it does have more build up since its more of a part between Tomoya's and Nagisa's relationship and not only Ushio. maybe I'll rewatch it, but for now, it doesn't get close to being as emotional as episodes like Everyone's waiting from six feet under, which had me literally sobbing like a kid.

What do you all think about the AOC Q27G41ZDF (qd-oled, 1440p and 240hz)?

I found this monitor for only 330€ (380 dollars), what do you all think about it? Is it worth it for aaa games? Pros and cons?

After 2,5 years I thought I accepted my father's death just for grief to come harder than ever

My father commited suicide when I was 13 year old. Obviously this affected me but after a few months and some years It stopped affecting me. Now I've just become 16 and for some reason grief is worse than it ever was, I can't stop thinking about it, just when I thought I already accepted it and my life started to look good. I don't want to do anything, some days I go out with friends and maybe I forget about it for 2 minutes. I don't like talking to people, just as he did and look how it ended, but I genuinely don't want to talk to anyone. I think during these 2,5 years I had an emotional blockage because it probably was too much, and now that I thought I accepted it, its just starting, I don't know what to do.

Is 90-95 c in occt normal for r7 9800x3d? And random temp peaks when opening or closing something

Where I live rn the weather is like 35c. i have lian li hydroshift 2 with 3 asiahorse dawn, just wondering if that temps are normal, idle is 48-52 and gaming usually 60. Aida 64 reaches 80 and I also have some random peaks of 70c for one second when opening a game or discord, I also have some peaks of 90 c when opening black myth wukong but that sounds nornal as the game shaders are heavy asf.

Very high ryzen 7 9800x3d in stress tests and random temperature peaks

-build: I have the r7 9800x3d with the lian li hydroshift 2 360 with 3 asiahorse dawn fans. Arctic mx 7 thermal paste.

-configuration: I have it at the top as exhaust and I also have pbo enabled and curve optimizer -20. I have a custom fan configuration and everything seems to be working.

-average temps: idle 48, while gaming 60, sometimes more or less.

-in occt test it reaches 93-95 c constantly, aida 64 it reaches 80, and when I open practically anything it has a one second peak of like 10c more or sometimes it even reaches 75 or 80c for one or half a second. sometimes I'm just playing and it has another 1 second peak but it nornally happens when I open or close something. Is this normal? Should I change the aio or the fans? (I chose the fans for aesthetics but they are supposed to have great performance)

-Where I live right now its like 30-35c outside but I donr think this is a major trouble.
