We all know about AAVE, but is there a way to supply/borrow/repay similarly off-chain?

Hello, I remember when I was a kid I used to do many weird head, mouth, and eye movements that I could not control. When my family started noticing, they always kept asking why do I do it, and I just said, I don't know, I just do it. Then they immediately thought it was some magic done to me or something (I know it's ridiculous but it's common here for people to believe that), and started calling priests to read verses on me or whatever.

Nothing changed, I kept doing the same movements for years and they would assume it's because of many different things like video games, tv, or magic lol... They did not know what tics mean.

Anyway, it then suddenly stopped for years, and it just came back like 6 months ago. It's so weird because I remember for years I did not tic at all... I would sit for hours without having any tics or anything. What is the cause of this!? Where did it come from? Is there like something that "triggered" it?

Also, I ONLY do it when I am alone, never in front of people. I keep looking to the right side behind me and rolling my eyes to the right side every few seconds which is very tiring and makes my eyes very tired...

I am just confused on why it suddenly just appeared again, is there anything I can do to help with this? Also is it common for tics to disappear for years and come back again later?

Let's say I use USDC, USDT and DAI. I start with 100 USDC, I swap 100 USDC to 100.01 DAI, and then 100.01 DAI to 100 USDT, and I keep repeating this process many times, does that mean I am losing nothing (other than gas)?

It just feels confusing because many times, I have seen through 1inch rates that are slightly more in tokens (like 100.00 USDC to 100.05 USDT). I do understand that USDC, USDT, and DAI have slightly difference prices but does that really matter in the long term? As they usually fluctuate around 1$.

Also, for an accurate representation of a portfolio, can we assume that all these three stablecoins represent exactly one dollar? (as we can later always exchange them to dollars and short-term fluctuations don't matter?)

Are they actually reliable? Do they give useful warnings before a depeg, or mostly react after it starts?

I am looking to make a depeg safety layer to my algorithm, where it will immediately stop all actions and have some safety measures when it get a signal of a possible depeg.

Do most people just put hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars as collateral for the sole reason of gaining 2-3% from APY?

I am asking, because, if that's why a lot of people use it, then I am thinking of finding an "investor" who would credit delegate me on AAVE v3 (with very strict rules of course, and only USDC/USDT) because I have made an algorithm that would leverage this to make 15-20% instead (with very minimal risks).
