How to show emotions? (Women please help me)

I have heard that women are able to handle their emotions well.

And that's why I need a little help from women.

Like you all say that men are forbidden from showing emotions.what does this mean

If I talk about myself, I don't understand emotions.I feel numb to anger, sadness or any other emotion now.

I think about the reason behind every emotion and say, okay, this is the reason for my happiness and sadness.

Do I have to improve myself in any way?

Patriarchy Built a School in My Village

The thing is, there was no high school in my village, so after 8th grade everyone had to travel about 2 km to another village for high school. Because of that, many girls couldn’t continue their studies.

For the past few years, girls had also started going there, but that led to more love affairs, and some girls started running away with their boyfriends. Most of them were just teenagers, and personally I worried more about their safety and future, but the villagers saw it as something ‘characterless.’ In their minds, for them the biggest issue was that the girls of the village were going outside the village and getting involved in relationships with boys.

Because of this mindset, the villagers donated the temple land in our village to build a school, saying that ‘the daughters of our village shouldn’t have to struggle to go far away for school.’”

“I’ve heard this many times from the villagers who were the most vocal about donating the land for the school.”

My friend is a serial cheater.

He constantly makes girlfriends and then breaks up.

He is a playboy. Every time he meets a new girl, he starts talking to her.

If any girl shows interest in him, he starts talking to her even when he already has a girlfriend.

Constant cheating.

Breakups within 1–2 months, sometimes even within 10–15 days.

If he is talking to one girl and another girl comes into his life, he starts talking to her too.

About a year ago, I made him delete many sex clips with different girls from his phone.”

Body count approx 50, age 23

He always tries to justify his behavior to me.

I also call him out but now I am tired of telling him.

How to make content for poor people

Where I come from is quite backward even in thinking. And I feel that there is a strong need for women empowerment here. But my thinking is at the top level of feminism. And there's still a lot of backwardness among the people here. Misogyny, internalized misogyny is ingrained in people.I want to create content for them through social media.

Where do I start?

Girls themselves have internalized misogyny.

People don't have that critical thinking, if I superficially tell them something(Can't even understand basic thoughts)

I don't know how to express my thoughts properly, how can I explain them?

Sometimes I Want Revenge on My Childhood Bullies

My childhood school life was a bit disturbing for me because I was a disabled child, so I had to face bullying from stronger kids. I even became friends with one of them so that he would stop bullying me.

Now I’m going to study law. Sometimes I feel like becoming an advocate and filing cases against all of them because they are ignorant people and keep making small legal mistakes that seem harmless to them, and I could take advantage of that. 😭

One of my biggest bullies who doesn't know that his land can become a public road if he doesn't do anything about it.

Why is women’s fashion often so impractical?

This post is not about telling women what they should or shouldn’t wear. Wear whatever you like. I’m just curious about the logic behind a lot of women’s fashion.

Things like:

High heels that are uncomfortable and difficult to walk/run in

Sarees which look elegant but can restrict movement and are hard to manage sometimes

Dresses without pockets

Tight or delicate clothes that make physical activity harder

Certain modern outfits that seem designed more for appearance than comfort/practicality

Meanwhile men’s fashion mostly stays very utility-focused — jeans, shirts, jackets, sneakers, etc.

Is Taking a Student Loan in India Actually Worth It?

Where I come from, nobody really takes university seriously after 12th grade because the degrees from the nearby universities have practically no value.

They are mostly useful only for government job applications, where students just show that they have completed a BA or BSc degree, even though many of them barely studied throughout the entire course. The universities mostly waste students’ time and eventually hand out degrees.

There are no good private colleges near me either. For that, I would have to move far away from home, possibly to another state, and I’d need to take a student loan.

So I keep wondering — is taking a student loan for higher studies actually worth it?

Will I be able to get a valuable job after completing my studies and repay the loan properly?

Women, what does “masculinity” actually look like to you?

I’m asking this because one of my friends has gone deep into toxic online manosphere content, and it’s honestly starting to affect the way he thinks about women, relationships, and masculinity in general.

A lot of that content keeps pushing ideas like men should be emotionally cold, dominant, controlling, aggressive, “alpha,” etc. And after seeing it for a while, it just feels unhealthy and disconnected from real life.

So I wanted to ask women directly instead of listening to internet influencers:

What traits actually feel masculine to you in a healthy and attractive way?

What makes a man seem genuinely confident, strong, mature, or masculine in your eyes?

And what kind of “masculinity” feels like a red flag instead?

What does it feel like being the child of corrupt parents?

People whose parents work in government jobs/services and are openly or secretly corrupt — what was your experience growing up like?

Did you ever feel guilty enjoying things bought through “extra income”?

Did it affect your morals or the way you see money, honesty, and success?

Were you proud of your parents, ashamed, conflicted, or just numb to it because it felt normal around you?

Also curious how it affected your family environment:

Did corruption make life easier and happier?

Or did it bring stress, fear, greed, ego, raids, family problems, etc.?

Did your parents ever try to justify it to you?

Would genuinely like to hear honest experiences from people who actually lived in such households.

I went to a prom a week ago and have been thinking about something since then. I noticed that men’s outfits are usually fully covered typically suits that show little more than the forearms while women’s dresses often reveal parts like the back, shoulders, or arms, and sometimes more. I actually asked it and reasoning my friends gave was because women tend to find fully covered, formal looks attractive and sexy in men, while men are more drawn to outfits that highlight or accentuate certain body features. But then I realized that men don’t really have many mainstream clothing options designed to emphasize their bodies in the same way women’s clothing does. Even when such options exist for men, they’re often seen as inappropriate or socially unacceptable. Why is it that more “sexy” or body accentuating clothing is widely accepted for women, but not for men?

As a man, I find make-up a bit strange. Meaning I am hiding my real face, texture of my skin, Why should you wear makeup?

I'm not stopping anyone else from wearing makeup, I'm just asking a question of my own curiosity.
