I am currently on Zepbound and it causes gastric issues. If I get nauseous, I swear by Lifeway Peach Kefir. It's such an elixir. I just ate something I shouldn't have that was greasy, but only ate a few bites. It made me sick with nausea. I just drank about 8 oz. and the nausea almost instantly subsides. I am finding Southend RX to be strong on day one, and by the end of the exact same day, my food noise AND hunger are back. This happened yesterday on my 6 mg dose.
I hear a lot of people say it's just your body adjusting and while that may be true, obviously one generic compared to another can be completely different hence my question.
Pharmacy of choice is a thing for a reason because one has better product than another.

I started mid May at 2.5 for 3 weeks. During my 3rd week, I felt very hungry and like my medicine was only 1/3 working. Someone suggested I titrate up, and I went to 3.0 for 2 weeks. I was binge eating last night in my sleep again. I was very nauseous in the middle of my sleep but idk if it was bc of the crackers or the nausea came after. I feel absolutely awful this morning regarding the way I feel in my body. I think I've gained weight but I'm too scared to see if I did. 😩😭 What is happening, and when I take my dose tomorrow, should I go up to 4? Thank you!! I'm so upset...

So even though I have overhauled my entire diet to low sugar, low carbs, & small portions, I have gained and stayed at the same weight. I was 299 last Friday and now I'm 303.3.

My next shipment is going to be $399. Great experience with them. Would give 5 stars, everything on time. I just cannot comprehend paying $399, when I can pay the $166.
