What I have so far, lots to be done. Back on FL after years.

I love the chorus to the first half, but I've always naturally made that pluck melodic sound in my tracks and I'm sick of it. 2nd half is the style i want to focus on, LOUD THICK simple layered synths with cool details within them. I used vital for almost everything.

Keep cutting?

6 foot 177 lbs. This past week has been kinda bad mentally, idk if its because of my diet, but I wasn't as motivated, driven or as confident as a couple weeks ago. I noticed today I only had 30 grams of fat, so maybe my fat consumption has been too low.

Im eating around 2K calories a day, around 180g of protein, 180g carbs. Would love some opinions. I can see im losing s little size as well, but I really do love the feeling of being lean and having a flat stomach.

Calorie deficit Calorie deficit Calorie deficit. I would always work out on and off and always see some muscle gain, but I never truly felt fit or healthy. I knew something was off. In January I started to take the gym and diet seriously, and it's been the best thing I've ever done.

I wanted to feel lean, I wanted to feel fit, I wanted to look good. So I trust the process and went into a Calorie deficit and I havent felt or looked this good in my life. I have been gaining so much confidence, people treat me so much better.

Really happy with my progress. Just wanted to share with someone.
