Started my journey in Jan 2025. I am one of those that gets nausea/vomiting 🤮 every week like clockwork. Day 1-2 post shot. Sometimes even wake in the night with nausea. Well for the first time I woke with no nausea🎉🎉 so happy! Not sure if I turned a corner in my journey or if it was a fluke. 🤷♀️ We shall see what happens when I go up .5 next week.
Rewatching and realized what a bad ass Lara (on deck ) was. Wish she would come back for another season. And then there is Max (what a lazy ass) 🤦♀️he can stay gone 🤣

Just rewatched Season 7 - Elena comes in at the end for the last charter (when Kyle gets hurt). Boy was she different back then. She was sweet and kind and not annoying 🤣🤣

The scale finally stopped today with a one in the number 😲 I checked twice. 199.8. 🙌 I really have no idea how many years or decades really its been since I have seen a one.

As of today down 60lbs 🎉 when I weighed in this morning I saw 199.9 but the scale settled at 200.0. Its so close I can see it now. I have to remind myself sick as I was this morning 🤮🤮it will all be worth it. Next week I may see that one!! 🙌
So this was the first time I went on vacation since taking the 💉💉. I took it 2 days early to avoid symptoms while traveling. That also meant I my shot 5 days late after getting home. Did I see that hunger come on as the days went on. (Missing shot day). These meds are life long. Was afraid to get on the scale but I did. Only up 2lbs so I think thats a win. Will work hard this week to get back on track.

Have any of you moved your shot day? Whats the easiest way? I originally did Friday but I think I want to move it to Sunday so misery will be MonTues instead of all weekend. I am now at Thursday. Thinking of going back a day every week unless there is a better way🤷♀️
