Freshest milk in town?

Back before Brun's changed ownership, I used to get Umpqua half gallons of milk that were nearly 3 weeks out on their date. I know this will have comments on how shitty it's become and their pattern of expired milk. Not the place, please. Looking for the freshest milk around, not raw though. I've gotten 3 quarts of darigold lately with Sept dates, CC but all smelled bad and 2 were a little swelled before opening. Freshest Umpqua in town?

First kitchen knife since learning about different steels...

Like the title says. A year ago had no idea knives were even made of different steels and today I saw 14c28n on a kitchen knife (on sale no less) and had to buy it. Has the HRC printed in the blade, which I've not seen before.
