I’m visiting Vietnam for 2 weeks. I booked a stay in Ninh Binh from August 18th - 20th (pay at hotel, cancelation is an option). Is Ninh Binh suitable for a day trip from Hanoi? Or should I spend the 3 days/2 nights in Ninh Binh? Solo traveler, foodie and adventurist. Bonus if someone can recommend a tour guide for Ninh Binh!

Anyone have hotel/Vrbo or booking stay recommendations for Da Nang and Hoi An Vietnam?
I’m looking for something close to the water or with easy beach access in Da Nang. Nothing close to a party/noisy areas please. I didn’t have a problem in Thailand but it seems to be more common in Vietnam where hotels overbook or the pictures don’t look anything like the accommodation.
