Hi Guys, hope i get a genuine advice and not trolling :). The purpose of this entire post is that i want to play and enjoy Valorant Unrated or Comp comfortably, killing confidently and getting killed (ofcourse).

1. I have never played story based or FPS games before. Except when i was in University at that time we used to play CS 1.6 on local LAN, i was good at it but didnt even know any thing about movement, crosshair placement, no training nothing, we just played thats it. I am not sure at all how much i played but i think 2-3 years maybe. (i was not extremely good at it but played ok, mostly did 1-1 on awp_india for AWP or iceworld etc)

2. In 2020 during covid, got to know about Valorant, tried it on my laptop, placed in iron. Didnt know what the hell was going on. I started digging, i came to know about headshots, strafing and other usual stuff. I tried to do Kovacs, aimlab and range, but couldnt keep up like couldnt do more then 2-3 hours max i guess (a little more maybe, dont exactly remember, its like 3-4 years back).

3. I only get 1-2 hours at night before going to sleep, i cannot give more due to job, family commitments etc. I mostly do 1 DM, 1 TDM and then unrated and usually get demolished unless if the other team is not serious or they are not better then us (which is usually rare).

In range, i get 10 Hard bots on average and 23 Medium bots on average. I have proper gaming mouse but my movement is wrist based, not arm based. Dont know exactly wht my DPI is but no body changes it.

I cannot seem to master or understand the game logic which ppl call game sense. I know that matters a lot but mostly i have seen on low elo like bronze etc ppl just rush and try to take gunfights. I just want to know where i stand and if i can improve or am i a lost cause and will continue to play like shit lol. Any tips for me?

As a follow up to my previous post, my father (age 75, no sugar no heart disease, no prior operation done of any kind, has blood pressure and takes regular medicine) TURP with cystoscopy was done on last monday. After the procedure, they attached the internal catheter for 48 hours (approx), on first night he faced cloting and blockage issue over night, which was resolved through nurses etc. next day (tuesday) was ok, the color changed from blood red to mild red and on wednesday it was not normal but very light, they removed the catheter and at first he felt the urge but almost nothing came out, then after a while he went again and the pressure was restored and he felt good peeing. Then he did one more time and we got a discharge same evening (wednesday). We came home, the color is i think normal now but he still feels the urge to go after almost every hour. Even at night he has to go like 5-6 times (he sleeps at around 1:00 am in morning). Is this normal in the start? He received Antibiotic for 5 days (course is completed), Cranmax sachet but no other medicine like Mirabit, Tamsolin etc. None of these are prescribed. Overall he feels good but i have felt strongly that when it comes to remember and tracking stuff (like did he took the medicine etc) he doesnt remember anything and gets confused (i have felt this happened after the procedure, and yes he got blood transfusion 1 bottle after the procedure, next day i.e. Tuesday).

Do you think his urge to pee every hour will come back to normal or is it just his fear?

My father is 75 and has had an enlarged prostate since 2024. He developed a UTI in the last week of June, and since then we've been stuck in a cycle of recurrent infections. Every urine culture shows E. coli.

He was initially treated with meropenem 1000 mg 3x/day, then ertapenem 1000 mg once daily. After that, another culture showed infection, followed by more antibiotics. The culture becomes clear after treatment, but the infection returns again. He is now on his third consecutive course of oral antibiotics.

The doctors are saying they cannot do any diagnostic workup or urodynamics while he has an active infection, and that we should wait until the infection is completely gone.

My concern is: how do we actually find out what is causing these recurrent infections? Could there be something like incomplete bladder emptying due to his enlarged prostate, a bladder issue, stone, or another underlying problem?

Is there any diagnostic test that can be done while the infection is present to help identify the underlying cause, or do we really have to keep treating the infections repeatedly and wait until one culture finally stays negative?

He also uses diapers during the day and an external condom catheter at night.

I'd really appreciate advice from anyone who has dealt with recurrent E. coli UTIs in an elderly man with BPH.

OTP must be configured either via email or SMS gateway, all along with mac caching, limiting the number of devices per guest.

I am from Karachi and honestly dnt know much about cars except for driving them. I have a Cultus 2007 (manual) that was previously used by my driver who is gone now. My wife now drives it. Main purpose is to pick kids from school. I have felt that average is pretty low, I had to fill in Rs 5000 petrol every 3 day. This is without AC. Previously we experienced that turning on AC puts pressure on the car and fuel average goes down badly.

Is it expected from this car or is there anyway to improve it and use AC also?

Hi Everyone, need some advise on the correct way to prevent Condom Cathetar from removing. This is happening since the day my father came from hospital. In Hospital they were using large condom, they told me to use medium. I tried medium but at night my father leaks and i saw that it was removed, regardless of the tape applied. In my country there is only one brand available "western". I think its latex based. If we apply too much tape, my father complains of pain, i tried applying only at the base but then it removed again at night. Daily there is a leakage issue. Any idea how to actually apply it properly?

I missed the chance to understand it at the hospital and since we were in pvt wing, we are not allowed to go back there either and even if we go i doubt they will help us either.

My father is 75 years old and has high blood pressure but is otherwise generally healthy. He has been suffering from an enlarged prostate (BPH) for about two years. He does not have prostate cancer.

About a year and a half ago, he developed what the doctors diagnosed as a urinary tract infection that progressed to urosepsis. During that episode, he had a high fever, urinary incontinence, became extremely weak, and suddenly could not walk properly (one of his legs seemed to stop working normally). Because of the sudden weakness, the hospital involved the neurology team and performed their evaluation, but they could not find a neurological cause for the episode. In the end, the doctors concluded that it was urosepsis, although they were not completely certain why it had happened. They felt the most likely explanation was that his enlarged prostate was preventing his bladder from emptying completely, leaving residual urine that led to the infection.

He was treated with antibiotics, recovered, and later followed up with the urologist. They performed tests, including uroflowmetry, and told us that as long as he was managing with medication and his symptoms were stable, surgery was not necessary. Since then, he has been taking medication and typically urinates every 2–2.5 hours.

Unfortunately, the same thing has happened again. I admitted him to the hospital today with another high fever, severe weakness, difficulty walking, and urinary symptoms. The doctors have started antibiotics and are running tests. So far, they have confirmed that he has another urinary tract infection. Since the treating doctors are the same as last time, they believe this appears to be the same type of episode. They still cannot say with certainty why it has occurred, but again they suspect that incomplete bladder emptying due to his enlarged prostate is the most likely cause.

The doctors are still reluctant to recommend surgery because of his age and the risks associated with anesthesia. They told us they would usually only consider surgery if these infections started occurring much more frequently (for example, two or three times per year).

My question is: Is there any safe and effective procedure for a 75-year-old with BPH that does not require general anesthesia—or ideally does not require anesthesia at all? I'm looking for minimally invasive options that are well tolerated in elderly patients and can relieve the obstruction without the risks of major surgery. If anyone has experience with such procedures or has been in a similar situation, I'd really appreciate your advice.

I want to use it for my talking head videos primarily and voice overs. Is it a good mic to get??

I want to make talking head videos in my drawing room, dont have a dedicated studio. I want a lens that can give a very nice background blur because right now struggling a little with green screen. I will have some objects and lights in the background but want to blur it to make it look decent. I need to know the most affordable lens for this purpose.
