Long story short I had to leave the company I was working with for 11 years due to some reasons out of my control. I plan on coming back as soon as my situation is settled. I got confirmation that my position would be saved for me. My 401k with that company had a good match. When I go back can I continue to contribute to that 401k plan or would I have to start a new plan? I’ve only been gone since April 2nd. Hopefully I go back in mid June. But I’m curious if I can contribute again to that plan or if I should just roll it into a Roth IRA instead. Any advice would help.

I need help with recommendations on a home espresso machine.
I’ve spent the last couple months soaking in as much as I can about espresso making. Quality of beans, grind size, dialing in shots etc. I feel like I’m maxed out the potential of this little guy here and I think it’s time I level up.
What recommendations do y’all have for a great home espresso machine. I don’t mind all the manual puck prep and the so called extra steps. I want to upgrade to a quality machine that will last me a long time. Budget isn’t a big issue as I see it as a hobby investment.
My wife loves me making her coffee which is why she’s approving of an upgrade. 😅
So my wife and I managed to get 4 pit tickets for the second day at the Hollywood Bowl after we had already both bought seated tickets. I have someone I might sell 2 of the pit tickets too depending if our friend can find a friend to go with.

I currently have some Shure 425s I’ve had them for many years and although I love the balanced sound. The lack of bass and low end is starting to bug me. Anyone have some IEM recommendations that one would say is an upgrade from Shure 435s? I would like something with more bass that why I feels more full in my ears. Budget probably no more that $800.

So I started using creatine pretty consistently for the last 30sh days now. Did a loading phase and then slowly started incorporating it to my daily routine. I stay hydrated throughout the day. But I’m starting to think that it’s causing constipation for me. Again I’m not sure if it’s because of the creatine or something else. But has anyone heard this possible correlation or have any advice on this?
