Day Trip Festival Opinions

Coming to Colorado from Michigan and happen to be in Denver for a couple days while Day Trip Festival is happening. I used to live out there, so it's not like it's my first time, but it IS my boyfriends first time. We're going to RMNP and staying in Boulder for a coupe days as well.

I like some of the artists on the bill, but I'm wondering if it's just another insomniac garbage fest or if it actually is worth checking out. I've never been to Junkyard. I've done fests for 15 years+ at this point and have grown a distaste for insomniac, but this day time ordeal coupled with some artists I really enjoy is really enticing. Being that is a day festival, I don't want to waste our whole day if this is just a cash grab with low energy.

Anyway, have you been? Planning to go? It's costing us a whole day (out of two) in Denver and $200. Worth or skip?

Finally got tickets that weren't resale!

Getting one single ticket to Red Rocks was a nightmare and I paid way too much for my resale ticket. Luckily today my sister was able to snag me 2 for Saturday at Navy Pier, and upgraded them to VIP. I never do that, so this a treat and it was only a $60 difference. My adrenaline is always through the roof with this sort of thing, so once I got kicked out of the queue saying it sold out, I almost admitted defeat. Then my sister text me saying she got them. PHEW.

See you in Chicago, freaks! <3

Redmond Re-Lyte Discount Code

http://rwrd.io/ref_EX4OG9A?c

20% off referral code. I didn't have one, but I'm happy to share. They also do a discount with the code POTS, but I think it was 15%.

I got the sample pack of the electrolytes and the pre-workout as well as a tub of the mojito flavor. :)

Ice instead of powder puck?

UPDATE: immediately reshipped a new pretty kit. Yes, it’s NAD.

Been using this stuff for years and I’ve never come across this. Last photo is what I would normally expect.

Lettuce Turnip the Beet?

Did anyone see them? They’ve been a staple at every single EF I’ve ever been to and I only made it for a couple of hours on Sunday before the evacuation.

Vyvanse

I was prescribed 40mg daily and did it for 2 or 3 months. My mood swings were absolutely crazy and I wanted to blame them on luteal phase/PMDD. Wound up in the hospital with rapid heart rate. My drs and I have been documenting this since 2012. Although it is not a new occurrence to me, the stimulants obviously made it worse. I stopped the meds about a week ago and I am feeling a LOT better. I didn’t realize how much it was messing with me. I guess I’ll continue to raw dog adhd. Lol

Edited to include that I have been referred to a POTS specialist. Honestly should have happened years ago, but whatever.

Returning to a place in your dream after time has passed.

In real life, my friend and I used to live in the same old house, but separate apartments within it.

In this reoccurring dream, we live in a different large house, but a similar situation with the same property manager we had in real life. (Ron, he was awesome.) Both kind of botched studio apartments with old and odd features, like what you would expect from a house that's 100+ years old and split into many apartments. The kicker here is that it was haunted. I remember in at least the first dream of this house, going into her apartment and feeling the spirit presence as well. We were both on the top floor, could have been the third floor? It gave me attic vibes from the get go. Mine was at the right and hers was at the left. I remember wandering into her's and there were a lot of windows, but I definitely felt something else there with us.

The next time I had this dream, Ron told me another unit in this house was opening up if I wanted to check it out, which he also did for me in real life. So, we went and looked at this other unit and it felt even more dense with this negative spirit presence. But it was the same house from the previous dream, with the same set up and the same people, after ACTUAL time had passed in real life AND in the dream.

It's been years since I've dreamt of this house, but last night I dreamt of it again. This time, no one was living in our old apartments and although the entire house didn't seem decrepit, our old units on the top floor were. They looked like they had been abandoned for years with junk left over in them. And still... there was a presence there that I could feel. I kinda got the vibe that those specific units were so haunted that no one else could live in them?

I don't know if I've ever experienced revisiting a place in my dreams that I had visited before and have the feeling that time had passed in the dream as it also had in real life. It is so strange to me.

Any insight is appreciated. It really stuck with me this morning.

Do I have guides looking out for me?

I’m wondering if I have any guides that are with me. I’ve been feeling rather lost as of late and I’ve asked for a sign from them that they are here.

I’ve also been told a number of times in my past that I too am sensitive to the spirit realm. I’m just not sure how much validity is there and how to connect better.

I’m sorry for the selfies. That’s my boyfriend and I in the last pic.

Heating issue

I got my 24’ RAV4 Hybrid XLE in October of 24’. Within the last week or so, I feel like my heating isn’t getting hot. It’s warm, but the inside of my car doesn’t seem to actually heat up and it feels kind of cold by the time it hits me. Common issue? I’ll take it in if I need to, but I just had the 15k mile check up literally last week.

I’ve got a really nice pair of denim jeans that finally gave out. The seam long the butt/upper thighs, both sides. I’m relatively handy with a needle and thread, but I want to get these fixed better than my abilities will allow.

I clearly did something wrong. I added 1/2 cup fine citric acid to the drum before starting on HOT. Not a single sud? lol there’s no way in heck my washer is that clean. 😂 I’m thinking maybe I was supposed to use a full cup? My washer also has a “clean washer with affresh” setting that I think I’ll use next time.
