Annie killed the 2 captured titans and she didnt get caught initially because she presented Marco’s gear instead of her own. Because if she just used Marco’s to kill the titans, she could have presented her own gear at the inspection and Armin wouldnt have noticed she had Marco’s gear. It wouldnt have prevented her identity being revealed, but it seems more smart to use Marco’s gear to kill the captured titans instead of her own and Annie is very smart.

And another thing, if they kept reccords of when everyone uses their gear, how come anyone else didnt figure out Annie presented someone elses gear? Armin knew bc of the scratch marks, but the people who did the check should have known too right?
