Controller barely turns on, it will sometimes and just flashes blue for like 10 seconds and then turns off. Used a $20 soldering iron to attempted this so I’m assuming I put too much heat to it and it’s garbage now? Was also my first time soldering so there’s that lol.
Yesterday I attempted replacing my joysticks on my regular DualSense with Hall effect sticks but ended up cooking the motherboard and ruining the controller so it’s now a brick… was upset so went and made a purchase to make my self feel a little better lol. Excited to use this!
Attempted installing new joysticks on my ps5 controller.(before I attempted I accepted the fact that I might ruin the controller lol). Anyways, it didn’t go well as the sticks are messed up pretty much not working at all. It recognizes them but they barely work.I already removed these ones and have 2 more to try again. I’m assuming I need to get the smallest possible amount of solder to hold it in place? Does what I did in the photos make sense to why they barely work or did I ruin the motherboard? Thanks
Going to empty and fill the coolant on my 2019 Chevy Cruze 1.4. This vehicle has a surge tank for the coolant. Was going to spend $30 on a spill free funnel but it would be a total waste as I don’t need to fill the surge tank fully, correct? Just don’t want to waste money on something that may not make a difference on getting the air out of the system. Thanks!
