Rebecca: “the problem with our relationship is that I am strong.”

IMO this was the moment Ziad should have stood up, gone to the airport and taken his ass back to Tunisia. The way I would have vanished into thin air when she said this it would have given her whiplash! What a narcissistic and asinine thing to say. With all the severe problems going on in that relationship she either believes this (which means leave now) or she is just determined to keep her guard up and say whatever she thinks makes her look good (again, leave right now)

“The main problem we’re having is that I am tall, beautiful, smart and strong and my husband needs someone who’s not these things”

Finally got a blood panel that includes igf 1.

Everything else is in a good place but it came back at 67!! I’ve been able to build some muscle without it but I’m leaving a lot on the table and need to supplement it don’t I? 😒 (M, 51) FWIW. I’ve never used GH before I’m on Sermorelin now, it doesn’t seem to be doing much.

Does anyone have any info on what’s the best way to sell my Bimmer? Beamer? Anyway instead of trading it in is there a better way or a reputable company that will just buy it outright? Just trying to get the most for it

Slow and steady at my age (51), but DEXA tells a story over time! What should be my next goal maybe reach 15% and maintain my body weight at just under 220?

Would you guys say there is a “blast” blood pressure range? As in, is it actually the end of the world if it’s temporarily a little high? Or does it need to be managed, and if so how’s everyone managing it? Or does one just abort?

For reference, 400mg/week split into 2 doses. Resting BP bumped up almost immediately to about 140/84 but has held steady at that level for about 5 weeks. It was a constant 120/80 before starting and had been there for years.

Gym Music, I think the Geto Boys got some of the best. This song came on during my workout this morning I was going apeshit! Anybody else got some bangers for pumping iron?!

I think I have realized what makes “Obsession” so special. (No spoilers)

I have only seen 1 or 2 movies that even approach this film in terms of accomplishing more with less. (Two films that come to mind are Pontypool and The Coffee Table).

There are $200 million dollar films with monsters, chase scenes, explosions and all kinds of atmospheric special effects and CGI that are nowhere near as provocative and don’t achieve a 1/10th of the dread, tension, awkwardness and dark comedy that this movie does. The movie is 95% acting and dialogue which is crazy when you think about it. If I’m not mistaken the only special effect in the entire movie aside from sound effects is the scene in the park!

I absolutely love what they did with this, and Inde Navarette’s performance is incredible. Think of the shower scene where she isn’t even on camera and still creates absolute terror with nothing but the 2 actors speaking. This is the most award worthy acting I’ve seen in a year or 2 at least. Coffee Table may have done a touch more in this way, I guess time and rewatches will tell

How many sites is everyone generally rotating? Is 2 injections per week, rotating R and L delt only too much for those sites? Seems the best location for me so far

1st time self administered injection. Tried for sub Q lower bellyfat. Most of what looks like fat is actually loose skin. Now I have a knot that feels like a damn small bar of hotel soap under my skin 🥴

Anything that might help it go away faster? It was a pretty sore but after a week and a day it doesn’t hurt and has only shrank by 30% or so. Where did I go wrong? I did 80 units was that too much for subq? Have since done IM in delt. Smooth sailing by comparison

Ok possibly a dumb question but the rule of thumb is 12 weeks to see results from a cycle (3-400 mg test, for example) but is this still the case if you were already on a higher range TRT dose?

Or is it different because there was already a base of saturation built in? In other words, what does the timeline usually look like compared to starting with nothing?

Been on TRT for a few years now, I should probably know this but.. can anyone share ideas as to what could cause total test to climb even though I’ve been on the same dose for a year?

For reference it went from 726 to 1003 in 90 days. I have felt the difference and noticed visual changes over this period of time before I reviewed the results the other day. Literally felt like I had increased the dosage pretty dramatically over this timeframe. (No complications or sides, everything else is in the normal range)

I’m 8 years old. I snuck and got my dad’s phone. Should I start TRT? I eat nothing but chicken nuggets and applesauce and I have a fat belly and no hair on my testicles. The only exercise I get is recess. Also, I’m thinking of just taking enclomiphene because I’m scared of needles. Would that work?

Ok hypothetically speaking, within reasonable limits, for the sake of discussion.. what does the pathway look like to be able to just eat whatever the hell you want?

What I was a teenager I read the shit about 10 lbs of muscle burning an extra 50 calories or whatever the hell it was, and I believed it. What level would a person have to get to and what routine to be able to eat say 3,000 calories a day and just take it off the table and not worry about it? (no pun intended)

Transitioning from oral Wegovy at 9mg to Reta and looking at dosages. Is starting at 1 mg too high? What about 2mg? Wouldn’t less than 2 will probably mean wasting product as I got 20mg vials l?

I debated for awhile between getting 10mg and 20mg vials. Opted for the 20 but starting at 2mg a week is probably aggressive, no? Any input is really appreciated

If I used a glp1, and lost a decent amount but now it’s clear I need to bulk.. in theory wouldn’t it be better to come off it and use the expected appetite rebound to my advantage?

And on this same note wouldn’t this also give my receptors a break and then I can use the glp later? Or am I missing some reasons I should I just stay on it? Any advice/thoughts would be appreciated

It seems so wasteful to use one needle to draw and another one to inject. Does the easy touch with a 27g fixed needle sufficient to draw and inject? I don’t remember hearing anyone talk about using luer lock needles until I started researching. Switching to at home administration in the next few weeks.
