I think Silver said we won't hear anything over the summer, so is the next likely chance Sept or Oct? Like I want to believe after the March announcement but will not get my hopes up until they are confirmed as coming back.
So i hit the ground running when I started my job a few months back. It's in finance, and I am a very organized person in a field that is often lacking organization. So I learned their system, built out diagrams and procedures, and then did all the little nice to have ad hoc projects my boss gave me.
Today I got notification of my review and it was all 3 out of 5s. The 3 is meets expectations, 4 is exceeds and 5 is exceptional. For some reason, I was expecting maybe one 4? (There were ratings for relationships/technical skills/attendance/overall).
I guess its fine that I got all 3s? Should I continue to do what I do? Would it be too much to ask for feedback on how I can get that up to 4s?
So i posted here a couple days ago, but just wanted to compile all the things I have been been experiencing with my bronco. After some searching around, it SEEMS that a lot of what I have been experiencing is not that big of a deal? I'll try to put this in sequential order:

As I was going to work, the pre collision evening came on for a few seconds. I wasnt close to anything. (One time)

The backup sensor was beeping as I was backing into my parking space at work but was still like 3 feet from the curb. (One time)

When I went out to lift the parking brake (I just parked, but went back out like 2 min later to nab a closer parking space) it really quickly flashed a "parking brake limited " message real fast on the dash. (One time)

When i turn on the car, the display is initially dark when its daytime and then after 1 or 2 minutes, it turns light. (Each time in car)

When i open the car, the radio stays on for like 5 seconds before shutting off (a few times, but now turns off right when I open the door which I think is expected)

Sooo is all of this...ok? Like maybe I can chalk some of it being random bronco quirks, but just wasn't sure if this points to a bigger problem or if the car is unsafe to drive? We are literally leaving town in about 6 hours on a big road trip and have everything booked and can't cancel the trip

So i was on my way to work in my 2025 ford bronco outer banks today and I was about to pull in, when on the dash flashed a big red alert that said pre collision alert, I wasn't near any cars (not too close, i was traveling normal distance like a car length ahead). It happened for a few seconds than flashed off. Anybody have this happen before? What would trigger this if I wasn't about to hit anything?
So I asked for the expectations on my first day and he said "all we care about is you getting your 40 hours" so Idk why but I generally work 730a to 5p (with 1 hr lunch, so more than 8 hrs) but twice now I ran out of things to do, and left at 430 after clockingin at 730a(I tried reaching out to boss to see if there is anything I can help with before doing so, no response).

Idk why but I as I was driving home I got a sinking feeling in my gut that I was "playing hooky" so should I just work til 5 no matter if I clock in early or not? Idk the first time he didnt say anything but scared what I'm going into on Monday (paranoid about being in trouble).

I know Evolution got renewed for a season 5 (season 20 overall), but how much longer do you think Evolution will last? The ratings seem to be a hit but not sure how many more years the actors will want to be tied up doing this
Hello OKC people! So I have two main goals right now: hitting up all 30 ballparks, and going to all 50 states. In sept, we're going to Texas and gonna knock off those two parks, while we're in the area, we are going to head up to Oklahoma to knock that off the state list (plan to see the OKC Bombing memorial). Was wondering if there are any dedicated gift shops in or around OKC while we are there? A quick Google led me to some boutique shops, but was wondering if there are more "standard " gift shops (t shirts/and most importantly iron on Oklahoma patches, any new state or place i go to, I always get a patch when I am there).

So I know the March vote was to "explore the possibility of expansion " and Silver said that we will probably not hear anything during the summer but "by the end of the year", so is there a reasonable timetable for when we may hear either way? (I know the governors meetings are in the summer, but not sure if there's something right before season or maybe during NBA Cup finals in Vegas in December?)
So kinda confused. Here's the deal.
I moved into a new place May 9th.
My old lease expires May 23rd at the old place.
I paid rent (prorated) to go thru June 1st of new place. So from my standpoint, at new place im good til June 1st (planning to pay Junes rent with my May 20th check).
I last paid rent for the old place on April 22nd (with it on my ledger showing a date of May 1st). So from my standpoint, at old place I'm good thru end of my lease...? This is where I'm confused/scared. I got a utility bill today saying "through April 30th" to pay like 200. OK that's fine I paid it and planning one last one next month to get me thru end of lease. Sooo typically when rent is due, say, on May 1st does that cover you through May? I never had such an overlap between places so that's why I'm confused.
Or should I expect one last rent bill from old place?

Not sure if I'm worrying about nothing, but lately over the last week I noticed my bronco has had a really loud "check rear for occupants" warning, about twice as loud as usual. I thought this was weird. Then tonight, when i was coming back from the movies, and turned off my bronco, the "check rear for occupants" didn't come on at all.
Now, the rear seat is often times empty, but lately I have been having to haul some things to a new place and it seemed to have come on before whether or not there was stuff/people/my dog in the back.
Should I be concerned about any of this? Why would this be happening?
So my MIL has been consistently putting me down for the last two years, yelled at me over just talking about wedding stuff (all i was saying is we had the venueand photographerpicked out then yelled and said shes not a part of our lives), always cuts me off (like during a deck party was talking to my brother about getting a new job, she cut me off and interrupted me and said some snarky comment...so I just looked at her and was like uh anyway brother...), publicly tries to embarrass me (yelled at me in a hotel that I threw away pizza that was two days old that been sitting out in car in front of whole extended family...?)
Anyway, I thought she was going to be an adult and talk. So first she came out a swinging she played the victim and be like "oh you have been so cold to me lately" I asked her why I am doing that multiple times. Then I said well it is because you purposely ran into me causing me to roll my ankle and you clearly saw me and never apologized...why would I not be distant? Then said I do not want to be yelled at. Then she did the disgusting thing of laughing that off and shaking her head to her husband. I called her out on it and was like yeah this is just me putting up boundaries and it's shocking that you think this is a big request.
So anyway, that sucked. But theb she decided to make up this lie when she said oh you are always disrespectful I asked for just one example. She said that the nieces and her family doesn't want to come around because I have a plumbers Crack when I sometimes get up from my seat? A) nobody told me about this, funny how it's coming out now B( I wear pants that fit and a belt C) kinda weird that are whole family would not come around and not tell me about it on the off chance if happens when I sometimes get up and I'm not doing it maliciously??
So then, she tried to get sides with my wife who has been supportive of me but trying to stay neutral. MIL goes oh his tone was not what I was expecting he was too firm.
So anyway, I decided last night and told my wife so she's not even willing to try and change and wants to laugh in my face about thinking it's such a big request to not get yelled at. She can think that she is above repercussions, but outside of a cameo appearance on Mother's day, I am not speaking to her again, when she calls I'll always "be in the other room" and outer weekly dinners I'll "always have other plans" I just can not be around a person who doesn't want to change. Im tired of being let down in the way she treats everyone.
Am I in the wrong here? What's your thoughts?
