I bought a lot of 100 random 32 cent stamps on EBay for 20 dollars and I asked them to include as many unique stamps as they could and I’m blown away!! I expected to get like 10 different stamps at most but look how many cool stamps I got!! There’s nearly no duplicates.
I think it’s almost going to be hard to use some of them but I’m excited to have more stamps to use for stamp math.
I have a spot on the underside of my forearm where the skin is raised and bumpy. It’s a little more than a centimeter in diameter. It’s not red or itchy, but it’s been two weeks since I noticed it and it hasn’t gone away yet. It’s probably nothing but I don’t think it’s an allergic reaction so I wanted to ask.
I posted yesterday about whether I should go and all the comments motivated me to go and it was so fun. Everyone was so nice. I got so much free stuff and I wasn’t even trying to get anything.
There was an auction which was open only to members and one guy was like just become a member and he paid the 5 dollar due for me to join (they only took cash and I didn’t think to bring any, rookie mistake lol), and then when I won a lot of duck stamps for 3 dollars he paid for it too. I said I would pay him back but he insisted that he didn’t need the money and there was no need. I felt like I was taking advantage of him and said I’d pay him back anyways and he just told me to pay it forward if I wanted, so I will.
And the anther guy gifted me a souvenir sheet, 3 blocks of 4 new stamps, and some stock book pages.
They also had bins of used stamps on paper that you could just take for free. It was all so nice and some of them showed me some of the stamps they had (like the rarer more expensive ones). Anyways they didn’t really have newer higher denominations stamps with them but I have a feeling if I keep going people will start bringing stuff.
Anyways I had such a good experience after being so nervous I wanted to share.
I lowkey want to go because I collect stamps but also like using vintage stamps (I want more) and I think it might be a nice place to buy them, but I’m also apprehensive because I think it might not be like “my scene” if you know what I mean.
I mean I’ll be a good 50 years younger than everyone else and a girl as well. I looked up the address and it’s literally a senior living community 😭. I’m just not sure, it didn’t say there was an age requirement or anything but I can’t imagine how much I’d stick out. But I want to see what they sell at their auctions.
Anyways let me know if anyone’s done anything similar or if I’m crazy.

I’m looking to buy some vintage nominative us stamps, probably in the 32-37 cent denominations. I know buying forever stamps at a discount almost always means they are fake, but is it safe to buy lots of older nominative lots of stamps?
I’m seeing lots at 60-70% of face value. Is that a good deal or is that too cheap and thus suspicious?
I’ve just sent out my very first batch of cards!! I know I need to just forget about it for a while now but I’m excited! The flags are kind of ugly but I wanted to use some of the stamps I already had.

Here is what I remember. Gendry fought with Jon and was a general or really successful or something and ends up being knighted. He is going by a different name, a name I can’t remember. It starts around when Arya returns from Bravos. As a reward for his bravery or something, Jon arranged a marriage between them (or tries anyways). Arya is not happy about it and notably does not recognize Gendry because he looks different and is using a new name. The fic was unfinished and fairly long and I don’t think they had married at the point where it ended. The fic is a lot of angst and like Gendry courting Arya while Arya reacts to it like Arya.
It’s probably a long shot but I can’t find it so I figured I’d ask.
A few months back I saw T mobile had a deal where you get a “free” I phone when you switch to t mobile so I decided to do it. But then the phone never arrived. They called me one day and told me they would try to deliver the following day so I made sure I was home all day and nothing, but there was a note on the apartment front door that they missed me. But they absolutely didn’t call me. How exactly am I supposed to know they’re there if they don’t call me?
Annoying but whatever the order got canceled and returned to T mobile. I went in person to a store and confirmed that since the order was canceled I’d get refunded. But then I started getting notices in the mail for money I owe on the “canceled account”. I’ve called multiple times and gone to a store another time and they keep telling me they’ve reported it and that it will get dealt with. It has not, I’ve received a final notice before they send it to collections. I’m not good at checking my mail so they should send it in a day or two according to the dates.
I called again and they told me they submitted a write of application and they will contact me within a week. But I’ve been told things have been submitted before and I don’t trust them. They told me it won’t go to collections but I don’t trust them not to send it to collections in the time between the notice end date and the date they will supposedly call me back.
How do I protect myself? I don’t want to tank my credit score for a companies mistake. I could pay the $150 but that’s ridiculous and I shouldn’t have to pay money I don’t owe to protect my credit score.
I’m not diagnosed with anything but I’m questioning. I’ve been noticing a lot more joint pain and I have a history of joint issues. As a kid I dislocated my shoulder or maybe shoulders like a dozen times. I want to estimate my Brighton score before going to see a doctor. I can’t touch the floor, but I can touch my thumbs to my wrists and my pinkies go back past 90 degrees. I think my knees are hyper mobile but I don’t think my elbows are, they seem pretty straight to me. They actually seem more bent in the picture than in real life but maybe it’s just hard to see on myself. What do you guys think?

I bought this 1.5 weeks ago but I didn’t put it in the fridge and maybe I should have. It’s sprouting and I think it may be moldy. If it is, how do I prevent this in the future?
