Hi All,

In 2023 October I overstayed in Denmark for 6 days. I didn’t read my visa timeline correctly. I received a 2 year entry ban for Schengen Zone. This ended October 2025.

I want to go Denmark again to visit my sister. Obviously I won’t make the same mistake again. What is my chances of visa being accepted and any recommendations on what I can do. I got Schengen Visa from Spain last time.

What courses do you recommend for ACCA. How did you revise for it. Did you use Kaplan or BPP. As I am struggling with just textbook and questions is there any platform.

I have heard of accowtancy I am not sure if that is good or a Kaplan course or BPP.

I’m interested in starting a motor trading business in the UK and would like to understand the correct process.

Could someone explain:

* Do I need to register as a sole trader or set up a limited company first?
* How do I get motor trade insurance, and what are the usual requirements?
* How do I apply for DVLA trade plates?
* Once I have motor trade insurance and trade plates, can I legally drive any vehicle, or are there restrictions on which vehicles I can drive and for what purposes?
* Are there any other registrations, licences, or legal requirements I should be aware of before starting?

I’d really appreciate it if anyone who has been through the process could explain the steps or share their experience.

Hi, thanks for your interest in my Jaguar XE.
Just so everything is clear before anyone travels, the price is £2,500 and it is firm. I won't be accepting offers or negotiating on the price as it is well below market value.
Please also be aware that several people are interested, so the car is not reserved or promised to anyone. It will be sold to the first person who views it, is happy with it, and completes payment. Bank transfer is preferred.
Viewing/collection times are 11:00am to 12:00pm or 4:00pm to 7:00pm if not sold. I am working between 12:00pm and 4:00pm, so I'm unavailable during those hours.
To keep things simple, if needed, my brother or I will take you out in the car during the viewing so you can see and hear how it drives.
The car is sold as seen, and I want to be completely transparent about its condition.
Known issues: Scuffs on the alloy wheels. Brake pad warning light on the dashboard. The brake pads were replaced within the last year and I was advised this is due to a faulty sensor. It has had intermittent electrical issues which may or not appear during the viewing. Occasionally the infotainment screen switches off and various warning lights can appear on the dashboard. The last auto electrician I used believed the issue was related to the top left BCM connector plug, but I cannot guarantee this is the cause, so I am selling the car cheaper on that basis and the fact I have a new car so I don't want to spend money on it.
The car comes with 2 keys, 2 previous owners, MOT until April 2027, and partial Jaguar service history.
Please only arrange to travel if you are happy with the known faults listed above, as I don't want anyone to have a wasted journey.

Hi I’m pregnant and had 2 weeks of sickness and this has now been extended by two weeks due to sickness, fatigue and all. I’m worried my work may think something or give me a warning how does this work. As I do not think they’re happy about this. But I do not feel well to go in early to try and make a good impression . I was going to ask for wfh to avoid being on sick . What do you all think I’m just worried it’s adding extra stress :( just starting my second trimester

I am on the second exam of ACCA and I cannot pass it I cannot understand why I have done all BPP questions I just can’t seem to grasp the concepts and it’s making me feel really down. I’m not sure what to do my plan was to do ACCA and then get the degree you can get from ACCA but nothing seems to be working.

And I really wanted to enter for the September sitting for AA but it seems impossible to pass FA and MA before the deadline I’ve been on it for months and I’m just really struggling.
