one of my very close friends (call her daisy, 18) broke up with her boyfriend on Thursday, its now sunday morning. we are in college for acting, they had to do a show opposite each other on the friday, the dress rehearsal was a mess and she was barging him on stage etc. he was cheating on her with the same girl he cheated on his ex with.
they had been arguing for months. he was her first boyfriend ever, they had been together for almost a year. she is absolutely heartbroken, and they were both at this party last night.
They disappeared for 2 hours talking and i was honestly panicking after a little while that something had gone really wrong. it hadnt but he went home (around 10:30) and she came back in absolute bits.
she wanted to go and see him at home and we were all begging her not to but she did, and she was meant to come home with me. she didnt and ended up staying with him (she said in his guest room but im not sure) even though i told her to come to mine afterwards and i would get her an uber. she has a history of quite severe mental health issues, and i just feel awful for her and dont know how i can help.
apparently her mum is really worried, she said she might not be allowed to stay at mine because her mum thinks she is going to run away or even something more drastic. but she was allowed to stay at mine in the end even though it didnt happen. im so worried, i havent heard from her yet and i want to know that she is safe but i just dont know what to do.

i cant remember what it feels like to just be well. i need an answer but im awkward around doctors and never able to fully explain anything and i just dont know what to do anymore.

another contender (same session) after telling her i have issues with self harm when i cant sleep and she said “plenty of other people have sleep problems and they arent self harming .
i was 16 during this appointment.
i desperately want to go to someone else but as my adhd is privately diagnosed we couldnt find ANYONE who would even see me until i had a diagnosis from their provider.
