Didn’t get POTG but this was PEAK

Hi all! As of late I’ve been noticing this weird outbreak on my hand. It’s only on the tip of my pinky and index fingers on my right hand, and there’s a small spot on my palm. It itches here and there and feels like it’s burning on occasion. This occurred once before when I was roughly 13, (19 now). It spread all over hand back then but it happened to fade on its own when it last occurred. It’s back now and I’m not really sure how to go about it/what to do/what it could be. Any advice is appreciated!
