Guys please recommend me a chair for studying for long hours where my main focus is the cushioning of the chair and how wide it is and how much support it will provide to the back and hips cuz i am suffering from pain in my hips and lower back which i've identified as due to putting all my weight on just my one hip while studying or just in general sitting on my normal chair

I've been thinking about buying a green soul chair since some of my friends told me it was the best company for chairs

In particular many are telling me to buy a gaming chair please help me in the decision. Also after taking a look at reddit most people buy these ergonomic chairs and i have no clue about them and am not brave enought to trust gpt or ai so please help 😭😭🙏🙏

Also am like 5'5 but wide and like about 80kg so need according to that especially cuz i will be spending almost the whole of my day on that chair only (im currently studying for an exam)

Also im Indian so my range would be probably around like 160 usd which is like 15000 in my currency

Also am like 5'5 but wide so need according to that especially cuz i will be spending almost the whole of my day on that chair only (im currently studying for an exam)

So like I've been having these hip pains for like more than 1 year now where these pains always occur in my right hip and often spread to the whole back of my right foot.

I've never had these kinds of pain in my left foot

Now when these started i just consulted a local doctor who told me that it was some nerves kind of pain like my nerve there was getting stretched or something and gave me 2 meds - Nonozox and Animated LC

Now when i asked gpt about them it told me that

nanozox - painkiller + anti-inflammatory medicine.

Main ingredients:

Aceclofenac (reduces pain & swelling)

Paracetamol (pain + fever relief)

Serratiopeptidase (reduces swelling, helps healing)

Now taking these 2 has worked wonders for me where the pain would subside in just 1 night of sleep

However this time the pain did not subside in 1 night plus it was getting more and more frequent so i visited an ortho but he told me to just get an MRI done and only then could he tell anything

He just told that it was indeed some nerve thing and maybe it was due to a disk or something like in the hip

So now after returning, the pain has worsened so much that it has become harder to even walk without holding onto something

I'm really worried of this growing into something larger 😭😭

If anyone has any clue then please help cuz now i can only meet the doc on monday 😭😭

Can i ever use clefable in a mono gen 1 challenge cuz cleffa arrived in gen 2 and there is no way to evolve without using it
