So i just discovered this shit 1 month ago when i had an MRI done of the hip area after a recommendation from an orthopedic doctor

So i went ahead with it and lo and behold it was a protrusion at the L5-S1 level
​
So the doctor basically just told me to get physiotherapy and eat some painkillers etc and it would be done
​
But physiotherapy showed no signs of any healing so i consulted like 2 more doctors where one just straight up told me that it can't be fixed and i had to get surgery

Now i don't want surgery as i am so young
​
So i was searching for these treatments and there are so many fucking things on youtube that i am getting so confused

Now the pain i have has been going on and off for about 1 year now where i would the pain then i would eat like painkiller or nerve relaxing tablet and the pain would go away and then like around 1 month later would come back

Also in the starting the pain was in my right hip but recently the pain has entirely shifted downwards such that there is no pain the in the hip and only pain in the calf area, under the knee and like the inner thigh region and only in my right leg

Also this pain like comes in wave and is like tingling in nature like it suddenly happens and i am not even able to stand up but many times it just doesn't happen and it remains normal
