Smith Collective or Village

Im looking to potentially study med at griffiths and have heard that these two places are the main accommodations available, Im specifically looking at smith collective because the place looks really nice. For those who do live there or know of anything, is the place actually advertised like the pictures they put up online and is the rent really 700 a week for a single bedroom. Also if I was to live with someone else does that mean I would be splitting roughly 800 a week amongst the two of us?
As for both places, any experience or information on them would be amazing.

medicine reqs

Hi im from NZ looking at maybe coming to unsw for med, Im curious about the a level to ATAR conversion here since I know that usyd requires 4A* for a 99.95 atar, is this the same as unsw or would it be 3A*? (also I heard that the ucat score req can range from 90-99th percentile is this also true considering 90th is quite low for a ucat score req)

Official question bank vs medify

Ive heard medify questions are harder than the ones in the official ucat but are the official question bank questions the same difficulty as in the ucat? Because Im absolutely terrible at the sets on medify but when i do the oqb i easily get most of the questions correct and some of the stuff there feels like its illegally too easy

how does the guaranteed entry work for med?

I know its if you have an atar of 99.90 or above and pass an mmi, is there any other things that im missing apart from the fact that you can go straight to med after ur undergraduate without doing the GAMSAT?
Also would the chances of getting in be any different if I was taking the Cambridge exams and achieved 3 or 4A* (which is supposed to translate to around 99.90-99.9 atar)?

Also Ive seen people talking about FFPs and CSPs, currently, Im aware that the CSP is for undergraduates and pays for a large portion of the tuition but what about entering med school, is there some sort of scholarship that applies?
