Thought this was interesting! This is coming from a low cost chasing perspective

(The bottom tier is saying it’s better to have Waven’s E1 than have Robin or Mort on the team in terms of cost, his E1 is a larger dmg increase than having them)

Edit: they mean that Yaoguang is the BiS for the Elation team and that Ashveil is the BiS for the FuA team, you don’t play Ashveil and Yaoguang together due to the restriction in Waven’s kit

it's still 0 cycled even though sometimes i overcap on fervor and and dw i'm very much aware of it. at the beginning, i want his aha instant to hit both cocolia & lighthouse, so i use mblade ult to get rid of the mobs (it makes his fervor overcap but it need to be done).
