So Nessie or better known in my verse as Leviathan is the embodiment and representation of the sin of envy.
He shares a body with Leviathan and is mostly in control, when he is he has Leviathan helping him as an intangible shadow serpent who is mostly used as a whip, travel help and restraint.
His main powers though are a highly advanced hydrokenisis, and sharing traits with any and all marine life.(These traits are often exaggerated) Such as:
- Regrowing limbs
- Changing colour
- If left in an extremely close to death situation will morph into a plant like structure and come back as an infant.
And he also has his hydrokenetic abilities such as:
- Perfect control ove any moisture
- Turning others into ice from the inside out
- make armour from highly dense water
- And his most used ability which is to focus water that could flood a universe into a ball that can fit into his fingers and shoot it out like a pistol shrimp
His most powerful ability is to take all of the water of his ring which is an infinite ocean that stands larger than the multiverse can be contained and presses all of that into the size of a bowling ball, he uses this at his most desperate since he hates having to then refill his ring

What is Smaug supposed to do against Ghidorah
Basically the way I made Akumu OP is that he has this practically invincible regen, he tells others he just heals extremely fast so others tend to use his morality against him.

But as I said he's a liar, it's actually not healing and much more complex.

The way it works is that as a void god born from the void he is made out of an infinite amount of tiny void particles that make him up, this is what allows him to use his powers.

But basically what allows him to heal is that whenever anything attempts to hurt him and is capable of doing so, the balls replace themselves infinitely until the attack is over, this makes it seem that if he's being vaporised he's phasing when he's really just replacing himself non stop, this goes very nicely with as a higher dimensional being, he isn't affected by time.

I still wanna have Beelzebub find a counter to this but want it to be creative so in the meantime I wanna hear thoughts.

Judgement: She's also just really awesome and I love how she's among the most sensible ones and find it cute when she makes sure no one gets in trouble.
