Pram advice for holiday abroad 6month

We will be going on our first holiday abroad when LO is 6 months old.
I will be taking my own car seat and checking it in as we have a private car transfer to / from the hotel.

My question is do I take my own travel system (Joie finiti) so I can use the base and seated pram attachment around the hotel / at night as it lies flat for LO to sleep in

Or do I buy a cheaper travel stroller for the purpose of the holiday. Eg there’s a Graco one that lays flat for about £65 incase it gets lost / damaged

Keen to hear how others have used a pram on holiday
We are in an all inclusive resort and won’t be leaving the resort at all.

Placenta and cord sent for testing results?

Hi, I gave first nearly 12 weeks ago at 35 weeks pregnant with a natural spontaneous labour. Baby is doing fine however I was always on the smaller side in pregnancy but never referred for any growth scans. Baby was born at 4lb but did extremely well and only required 3 days in hospital.

when my placenta was delivered The Midwife said my placenta waw small and thick and my cord was short. She said it would be sent off for routine testing and to be honest with the quickness and unexpected delivery. I never even thought to ask more questions however I’ve been thinking a lot more of it since and wondering how or if I will get any results.

I have asked my Midwives and health visitors and they are also unsure of the procedure. Has anybody had this same and how or when did you get results? I don’t know whether to email the PALS team at the hospital to see if they can guide me further to get results from as I want to know if there was any placental reason for my early fast labour or potential placenta insufficiency for next baby
