Not allowed to upgrade sim??

Hi- not sure if anyone can help or has been in same situation.
I took a 3 year iPhone contact and a separate 2 year sim contract out (as EE advised having 2 contracts)

My sim contract ends on August 28th and I have tried to extend my current sim another 12 months / or take out another 12m sim contract to it ends with my phone deal next year.

150 put me through to a online advisor who couldn’t help and told me to ring 150 again who just put my back to online chat.

I went into store today and they told me I can’t take another sim deal out unless I pay the upfront cost of the 12 month phone contract. Nearly £300 which I can’t afford on maternity leave.

I’m at a loss no one can help me ?? Can anyone advise what is best to do

I have been with EE 12 years and this is putting me off even renewing with them as customer service has been shocking

Is it time to wean??

LO is 5.5months old and has always been a great sleeper since 6 weeks old he has slept 9/10pm ish to 5/6am

For the last 3 weeks he has been waking at 3 am every night starving and having a full bottle

He has also been off his milk in the day. Usually he has 6oz every 4 hours but he hasn’t finished a bottle in this same time period and has about 4/5oz max

I have tried to offer smaller bottles more often but he isn’t interested in this either

I wonder if it’s time to introduce a small amount of food to help him as I’m worried he isn’t eating enough formula. He hasn’t lost weight and is happy in himself and bowels haven’t changed.

When did you all introduce food if you have yet? I’m just wary at NHS states 6months and I don’t want to cause any further issues weaning too early.

TIA xx

Edit : baby can support his own head well but isn’t fully sitting unsupported for long time periods yet. Manages a few minutes

Shows interest in food when we are eating near him and has lost the tongue thrust reflex

Edit2- I will be holding off weaning for now 😊

Buyers not collecting items!

I currently have 2 orders both bundles bought with discount sitting at the buyers collection point for two weeks!

One buyer is just completely ignoring my messages even though she has been online

The second buyer said she forgot and would pick up that day … 3 days ago!

I have messaged vinted who are useless but I thought after a few days the items are returned?

Also why do buyers who do this recieve full refunds and get no negative feedback ! Beyond belief

Hi all. I’m looking to get a tattoo to honour my sons birth - I haven’t got a tattoo yet so not best with designs

He was born 25/2 @ 2.25

I love that he was born at “twenty five past 2 two on the twenty fifth of the second”

I’d like it to be numeral / numbers if possible and fine line if anyone can give me ideas on how to design!

How to style this satin top in a heatwave

I am planning to wear this top soon. Recently had a baby but almost back to pre pregnancy weight

My issue is I hate my legs at the moment however when I am wearing this it will be heatwave in the UK

I was planning denim or cream denim jeans as shown but think I will be far too warm and may need skirt or shorts of some kind

I asked chatgpt to show some ideas so I can order but I’m not sure what I like best …

Any advice or other suggestions welcome 🥰

Loose stools but well baby?

My LO is 18 weeks. Has always been on kendamil - classic to comfort for about 3 months due to reflux. And is now back on classic.

We’ve noticed since returning to classic his stools are loose every episode however baby only opens bowels every other day
He is perfectly fine in himself no temps , no discomfort when feeding etc

There is no mucus either. I’ve tried googling but getting answers regarding diarrhoea and stomach bugs which isn’t the issue as not having multiple episodes a day.

He has his jabs next week so I may mention to the nurse there but just wondered if anyone else has any similar experience or advice :)

Sterilising and washing bottles abroad

We go to Morocco soon to an all inclusive resort so bottled water will be available but I’m wondering whether boiling the tap water to wash bottles and using boiled cool water for sterilising using Milton tablets would be suffice
Or would you recommend washing and sterilising with bottled water also?

First holiday abroad with LO who will be 7 months and I’m unsure what’s best for

Pram advice for holiday abroad 6month

We will be going on our first holiday abroad when LO is 6 months old.
I will be taking my own car seat and checking it in as we have a private car transfer to / from the hotel.

My question is do I take my own travel system (Joie finiti) so I can use the base and seated pram attachment around the hotel / at night as it lies flat for LO to sleep in

Or do I buy a cheaper travel stroller for the purpose of the holiday. Eg there’s a Graco one that lays flat for about £65 incase it gets lost / damaged

Keen to hear how others have used a pram on holiday
We are in an all inclusive resort and won’t be leaving the resort at all.

Placenta and cord sent for testing results?

Hi, I gave first nearly 12 weeks ago at 35 weeks pregnant with a natural spontaneous labour. Baby is doing fine however I was always on the smaller side in pregnancy but never referred for any growth scans. Baby was born at 4lb but did extremely well and only required 3 days in hospital.

when my placenta was delivered The Midwife said my placenta waw small and thick and my cord was short. She said it would be sent off for routine testing and to be honest with the quickness and unexpected delivery. I never even thought to ask more questions however I’ve been thinking a lot more of it since and wondering how or if I will get any results.

I have asked my Midwives and health visitors and they are also unsure of the procedure. Has anybody had this same and how or when did you get results? I don’t know whether to email the PALS team at the hospital to see if they can guide me further to get results from as I want to know if there was any placental reason for my early fast labour or potential placenta insufficiency for next baby
