I’m looking for more restaurants that have great sandwich options! I love a corner bakery type sandwich, I love all ‘cold’ sandwiches and hot paninis. Really I’m open to all types of sandwiches. I also just been looking for a good brunch / lunch place.

Goodmorning! I see all sorts of different things online. I see that for dried it’s recommended to take 1500-3000 mg of maca root a day. But my tincture I bought is 600 mg per serving. With drops I read 600 mg is a normal daily dose and gives similar effects to the daily recommended of dried Maca root.
But when I search up how many 600 mg doses I can take a day it says 3???😭 I was wondering if I should take a 600 in the morning and 600 like mid day. But I just see conflicting things, is 1200 mg in liquid maca way too much since it’s so concentrated? Is it best I do 600mg a day?
I just want it to have the same effectiveness as the dried 1500-3000 mg a day.
