Maisie "Spare" mechanic

You know how in TBOI you can spare baby plum by not attacking them for like a minute or so?

How about doing the same for Maisie?

If you haven't attacked her kittens at all, on the 3rd round everyone runs, but these ran away enemies do not lower luck.

What do yall think?

What passive would you want to get IRL if you could choose one?

I would low-key take caretaker cuz i like to help other people and with it i can heal not only others but also myself (with the assumption healing also applyes to mental health)
