Hi guys,
So basically I am from a tier 1 college and working as an analyst since more than 1 year at this fintech . Side by side I am also applying for jobs and preparing for CAT 2026. Now the thing is the work that I am doing here isn’t helping me grow much . It’s like some routine analysis and stupid dashboarding . Also I am have been placed under someone who has equal experience as me and mind you these managers who have made this arrangement haven’t even worked with me and she is their favourite.
Anyways so every morning I am supposed to send some files at around 9 because some other team needs it but no one acknowledges it but the day things go south my complaint is raised .
Every other morning I receive calls from people who work for the other team because their working hours are 9 to 6 whereas mine are 10:30-7:30. Now what do I do
I just can’t work here , I am getting so annoyed every single day . My work isn’t getting acknowledged and I am getting only leftovers and futile tasks.
I feel like quitting and going back home but my mother is saying not to make a mistake like this and try switching while working here , but it’s so damn exhausting.
Can anyone please help me ? Please

So basically I have been working in my current company for over an year now and there was this guy in our team who used to pass comments like she looks cute when she smiles and stuff like that (about me) . I informed him that I have a boyfriend and still one day after getting drunk he forwarded me some Instagram reel on WhatsApp and a couple of messages that felt too personal . As a result I blocked him . Till about half a year there was a complete awkward silence between us but during the last couple of months we had become amicable in a group setting . Mind you he is still blocked on WhatsApp .
Now since the past couple of days he is subtly taking a dig at me for apparently no reasons . The other day he jokingly said that I stare at him . Bro why the hell will I stare at you , you are no Tom cruise . I have started ignoring him completely again . And he is a very sensitive person like he himself can’t take jokes on him . How do I deal with this asshole ?

So hi everyone, I’ve been preparing for CAT 2026 since the past couple of months and I’ve been consistent . I’ve given a few mocks but the scores that I’ve obtained in them will fetch me around 90-95 percentile and as I am a female belonging to the general category, this will land me nowhere . How do I stop obsessing over percentile and the colleges I’d be getting while studying . Is there anyone who was at this stage in August and scored 99+ on the final day ?? What do I do pls help me out :(

I’m 24F and grew up being told that financial independence was the only goal. I cleared JEE, got placed at 22, and now I’m preparing for CAT while working.

But I’m scared. If I do an MBA, I’ll be 27. What if after pregnancy I’m not able to work and everything I’ve worked so hard for just falls apart?

I also worry about marriage , if I don’t put family first I’ll be called a bad wife and bad mother.

Has anyone here faced this conflict between career and family? How did you handle it?

Hi guys, I am on the 4th day of my periods and I am having nonstop cravings since this morning . I had waffles for breakfast , vegetable thukpa for lunch and now I have ordered some chicken tenders . Hi pretty ladies, I wanted your thoughts on something that has happened at my workplace and whether I am overthinking or not . So basically I am collaborating with another team for some work related stuff and we basically interacted online only . But one day when I finally met them in the office , this particular team which consists of girls only started teasing this one particular girl by my name and she started blushing.
The next day she messaged me by saying that all of us were having fun and it was nothing serious . I was like ha chill no problem. But slowly and gradually she started making comments on how soft my skin is , my eye colour and why am I so grumpy I should smile more often as I look very cute and all of that .

Hi guys, 24F here. The question is same as the title . I am a complete newbie and I wanted some guidance from the folks on how to start the preparation and should I give the exam this year or not . A bit of my background. I’ve scored 89.6 in my 10th ICSE and 89.8 in my 12th CBSE . Then I’ve done my B.Tech from IIT MANDI in civil engineering with a cgpa of 7.2. Currently I am working as an analyst at a fintech company with an overall work ex of 2 years. I have also attempted the RBI grade B examination this year. Now coming to the main part , I just want genuine advices on how to crack this exam like what to practice . Thanks in advance :)
