Hello, my mom is a new buyer for ALO, she used her 15% off code on a hat and did pick up in store. her order was canceled. so she attempted to reorder at different location. the code no longer works & she contacted customer service, they told her she can no longer use the code. wth why??? she technically didn’t even get to use it. smh

i recently just joined a new gym and was looking to get some equipment of my own
so the first slide is my originally receipt, i went today to exchange the bootcut for a smaller size, they did an even exchange for me by putting the return onto a gift card and applied the 30% off to repurchase. i went back to orders and opened my “original order” and now the total is $95+ & the last slide is the new order purchased with the gift card. i normally don’t do returns/exhanges with alo so i found this confusing lol
