For me personally not, beceause Bulgaria is in NATO ,but knowing that they were communist i think he still had a bad image on the country .

Yellow countries are non-eurozone countries ,but EU ones
Purple is Denmark,because they are in ERM II
Red are countries that adopted the euro without being in EU
The gray countries are not EU or eurozone ones.
