TL;DR BA booked flights from April not yet credited to AerClub. Anyone else experiencing a delay?

I'm curious if anyone has in the current qualification period (starting on April 01st) booked flights on BA website/ app flown on BA metal and credited their flights to AerClub? Historically, flights used to take eight days to credit my AerClub from BA but I am now approaching four weeks. I am waiting for 600 Tier Credits so far from April alone. I am Concierge so it doesn't affect me at the moment as I have all of my benefits. I emailed the Concierge line and their response was that flights flown with partner airlines (only BA and AA) can take up to ten weeks to credit. I'm interested to learn if anyone else has had their BA flights credit their EI account or still waiting like I am. ☘️

Yesterday, I flew with BA on BA metal and booked on the BA website and I had my AerClub FFN attached which shows the last three digits with the word Concierge.

On my connecting flight from LHR to MAN last night, one of the cabin crew approached me to check on me (because I'm Deaf) while she was very attentive to me it was more in a "are you ok and everything will be fine kind of way" which was lovely but being a frequent flyer, something niggled me. While airborne, I typed a question to her on my 'phone. Asking what can she see about me on the pax manifest and does it show that I am an EI frequent flyer? She went and retrieved her portable device and returned to me with it. She showed me my full name, seat number, that I'm Deaf and a VLML meal. That's it. She was not aware that I'm Concierge. She quickly scrolled through the manifest and Golds, Silver, Bronzes and lots of Blue's. She was really surprised that it isn't showing anything. I showed her my digital boarding pass which has me stated as FFP3 and my AerClub number which perplexed her even more! She suggested that I contact the Concierge line but I don't think they can do anything?

To muddy the waters even more, while in LHR, I went to the standby desk to see if they could move me to the earlier flight upto MAN but there was no availability in Club. The clerk on the standby desk printed off a paper boarding pass for me and this does not show my FFP3 status yet my digital one does do! Excluding my flights yesterday, I am waiting on 400 Tier Credits from BA to credit my AerClub this month alone.

Finally, at Galleries South, the lovely lady (not a dragon) let me take a photograph of the EI access for FFP2 and FFP3. Apparently, we can bring one guest into Galleries at LHR as that is what she said. ☘️
