How often do you Zwift?

I was a Zwifter not long after it launched back in 2015. I used it a lot at the time. I think it was £8 a month back then.

I combined it with cycling to work 4 days out of 6 (shifts). I stopped using it a couple of years later and came back every so often when there was a free trial. I used to like doing the group rides but my shift pattern got in the way so I couldn’t always do them as they were on certain days. That contributed to me stopping it.

Now I’ve retired from work, I found myself inactive and so I started again to keep the fitness up. I paid the yearly subscription and I’m getting back into it. However I find myself saying “I’ll do it tomorrow” quite often!
I read some comments on other forums about it being a winter thing and I should be out on the bike during the warmer months. I do ride outside although not as much as I should.
I’m interested to know how often you all use it currently.

Solved the problem of the wobbly Weber Rotisserie ring as they don’t fit on the Performer properly due to the lid holder bolts. It wasn’t a great fit on my previous Master Touch to be honest. There were also gaps, which I also had previously. This lost a bit of heat as a result.
I’ve put a strip of gasket tape around the bottom and it’s a nice snug fit now.

I activated the cellular function on my AW via the watch app in October last year. I am on EE. I used it for a few months but didn’t really get any benefit from it so I cancelled it via the app around a month ago.

Being a complete knucklehead, I didn’t check last months bill and today’s bill came showing the charge for the cellular service (which has gone up from £7 a month to £8.50). I called EE and told them I had cancelled it around a month ago using the Watch app and they said I should’ve called them to cancel it. They said that by using the Watch app, all I did was pause it. They likened it to removing the SIM card from a phone. I disagreed with their analogy. Who pauses a contract on a phone and still pays for it?

Now I’m pretty sure when I de-activated it via the Watch app there was a clicky that said “cancel plan” or something similar. Anyway, it was enough for me to think I’d cancelled it.

Anyway, they have cancelled it from today but I’m annoyed with myself for not spotting this earlier. Lesson learned!
