Delta Force putting out an inflo - how do I know if she’s mature enough to withstand making berries?! Super tempted to pollinate with my clari that is currently also blooming

What do you guys think?! Should I try to pollinate my Delta Force when the inflo becomes receptive? Or should I just collect pollen and wait for her to be a little bigger 👀 not sure how to tell when an anthurium is “established” enough to make berries… I repotted her recently and she has a very decently sized, healthy rootball (she even went into a bigger pot because of it and everything) and I would say she looks pretty happy! I just don’t want to accidentally put too much on her lol. Thoughts?!
