"first come first served" scam bot issues.

I have a discord with nearly 900 people in it and lately we've been absolutely FLOODED with scam bots trying to "give away a free canon camera" and that it's first come, first serve and to DM them. It's very clearly a bot, and we have a Honeypot channel dedicated to the ones that spam EVERY channel, however lately they're straight up ignoring it and posting it one different channel. How are other discord servers handling this? I'm about to just bad the word "canon" or "first come first served" and it's variations.

I-35N construction question?

Hi, cedar rapidian here. What's going on with the construction on I-35? I probably drive to Kansas City once every year or two to meet up with friends and I swear there has been construction on this stretch of interstate over 4 years so far. So what's the tea?

Lowkey disappointed

I just switched from the Google pixel 9 pro XL and I'm honestly a little disappointed in this S26 Ultra. Out of the box there were apps that freeze or crash, or webpages that took longer than my pixel to load. The top bar with the wifi signal and battery are super small, and you can't even customize it(not that you could do that in the pixel, just would be nice). Most of the time pressing the back button in the bottom of the phone doesn't register as well. Very annoying

Just wanted to vent to the void

How do you keep yourself from feeding

So I've noticed after some reflecting that I ALWAYS have more deaths than anyone on my team. And by a lot. I still win more than I lose in Arcanist, but I can't help but wonder what I can do better at not feeding the enemy so that I don't feel like I'm the sole reason we lost (due to my dying more than my teammates).

With that being said, how do you know when to turn around? I always have a horrendous early game, but by about the 30 minute mark I turn it around completely and will go on 8 kill streaks.

As a victor main, should I be focusing on lane vs securing kills earlier? When lane gets pushed to the enemy tower, should I just fall back and rinse/repeat? I feel that a majority of my deaths are from when the enemy is close to death and they're retreating and I just get target locked and try to secure the kill, which ends up getting me killed instead. Idk may delete this later

Marion Villas patio vs Edgewood road villas patio

Some reason the Edgewood road villas patio won't make or won't sell whatever the fuck this red sauce is with their birria tacos, but the Marion villas patio will. If you call Edgewood road location and ask for whatever the fuck this sauce is called, they'll give you this spicy chunky salsa that looks like Satan's asshole. Does anyone know what this is called, because when I Google Mexican Paiza sauce it says it's like a green salsa verde sauce which is not right. The one in the back is consomme for sure

Crisol - Cliffside Pirate Settlement

Crisol is a pirate settlement tucked into the cliffside with a small extension into the island interior. United by their love of wearing pots as hats these pirates coming from all corners of this world created a melting pot of societal norms, building styles and occasional luxuries.

The settlement features:

  • Sigal tower towering over the entire settlement
  • Cannon tower for protection from the sea
  • Large 2-story dock that can accommodate any vessel, from the smallest sloop to the girthiest frigate. Includes cargo cranes and wharf.
  • Two small human docks for fishing and swimming
  • Luxurious governors mansion
  • Luxurious bathhouse featuring 3 tiled bathtubs (including toy ships) and 3 crappers with privacy curtains and separate fertilizer extraction shed.
  • Townhall where the inhabitants get into shouting matches.
  • Central market square where inhabitants and visitors get into shouting matches while engaging in commerce.
  • 2-story dining and drinking establishment with an ocean view. Includes a kitchen, bar and open air stage for shanty-ing and stand up comedy.
  • Recidences of the Resident Pirate Alchemist and Resident Pirate Inventor who enjoy pursuing their studies and experiments in their open air workspaces.
  • The Hydrodrome Racing Arena where pirates partake in competitive swimming events. The Arena features an elliptical variable width race track, seats for over 40 spectators and a bar serving overpriced refreshments.
  • A communal crew house with sleeping quarters, its own kitchen and seating.
  • Two crafting workshops where artisans offer their services (metal & woodworking, tannery & tailor)
  • Farm growing produce and other crops

Windrose doesn't have a creative mode yet but I used mods to remove fast travel bell restrictions, increase wood/stone/ore loot and free camera for screenshots. Everything else is vanilla. I didn't log my time but I'd guess this build took around 80 hours. While building I put everything at "Low" which gave me 30-50fps @ 1080p on my 2080, taking screenshots at "Epic" was a 10-15fps ordeal.
