I want to have a plug run from the outlet by the fan, all the way to side of couch by going over the doorway. I have read online drilled in zip ties are good, but I know a lot of extension cords are pretty thick.
Want to make sure if that route is best, as I am always wary of dealing with anything power / electricity related.

I am beginning to feel dizzy so will continue later. Perhaps I may snatch a few moments sleep.

Sweetheart, have tried to sleep but just when I am about to doze off I swallow and the pain wakes me up.
I wish you were near me now for somehow I feel better when you are around. God bless your mother what a dear self-sacrificing woman she is. I was up all night and so was she and yet I am exhausted and she is not.
I feel much better in the “neck”. The pain has left me, only when I have to swallow there is Hades. But soon I’ll be over that and get well. I think I’ll begin to grow now (in my old age)
