Like your upper throat nasopharynx area? Irritation, tightness. Not allergies because it happens when I eat larger meals

Idk if I’ll ever heal I CANT keep a correct diet no matter how hard I try…. Most PPIs give me side effects. The ONLY one I haven’t tried is Lanzoprazole. My gastritis got worse after Pantoprazole ( stopping cold turkey) but the first week off I felt the best I ever have then BOOM. Sooo like… obviously some acid suppression helps but idk…
