Hi all! I’m looking for a camping griddle and the blackstone 17 has caught my eye. Pretty much all I’m gonna be cooking is breakfast, the occasional steak, and smash burgers. Does the 17 inch get hot enough for PROPER smash burgers, with a serious crust? Lmk, thanks!
