High km ve ssv, just wondering if it starts ok

Paid 8k for this auto ssv 245km, car came included with valve body repair kit for transmission and came with a trans service kit is this doable diy or should I get a shop to do it trans may need to come out.. Theres a slight slip shift between 1 and 2

I have acquired a 155km 4L60e with a torque converter for $800, I am now on the hunt for a ls1 for $3k under 200kms, any tips on how to get around 400-450hp na, and tips on installation and what else I need? Going into a 355,000km vz sv6 ute

Hi, I have a noisy steering sound, the reservoir leaks, when i accerlate in a straight line the noise gose higher slightly, but is worst when turning.

Also when cold its a hit or miss if starts or not, when cold started goes to 1400 then shortly to 1200 then sets at 800 rpm, but when it becomes warmer its a easy start. Any reccomendations?

Smoke coming from reservoir, looks like liquid near power steering pump too

So I decided to purchase brand new control arm bushing mounts.. I took the old ones off and after realizing the new one wouldnt go on properly i took it off planning to take it to a mechanic who had the proper tools like a hoist.. but after trying to install the old one back on the bolts do not line up.. what should I do? The mechanic is 800m away but was told not to risk it without any bolts in.

Should I sell my 355km holden 2006 vz sv6 ute? Or my vw 2007 mk5 gti 168km (im kinda in favour of keeping the gti)

The gti would be like 5k aud, and the ute 3k aud
