Whenever I try to play Halo Infinite, the game starts freezing a few minutes into play. I've tried every solution on every reddit page, and I've found nothing that works. I have an RTX 4050 and an intel gpu

I've tried using proton 10, ge-proton, forcing windowed mode, multiple different launch options, everything on protondb, and nothing. I really just want to play this with my friends, and my windows partition doesn't have enough space (100 gb partition, almost half is taken up just by windows itself wtf). Please help me.

I use Bazzite (fedora) linux and I'm trying to run the ARMGDDN installer for Half Life: Alyx. Running it with wine (or any other way to run exes) pops up with an error that says "Runtime error: Could not call proc" and closes. I tried to use innoextract to extract the exe but that just extracts the setup wizard, and not the game. The game is very obviously stored in the "Data.bin" file (it's 42 gb) but I can't extract it. Please help.

Also if this is hopeless, please recommend a way that I can get the ripped files for the game without doing all this because every other piracy website includes the "novr" mod which makes it impossible to play in vr mode (even when I delete the mod???), that would be great.

I don't know what caused it, but while trying to repair my nobara install my dnf5 files broke, so I tried to use google ai to help (ik I'm an idiot) and then I restarted my computer and now all of my plugins on the taskbar appear as "unknown" and I can't use wifi anymore so I can't fix it. Genuinely what do I do

EDIT: idek how i did this, genuinely stumped. used a flash drive with bazzite on it that i used for a friend and now i have bazzite. goodbye everyone, i loved this OS.

I was trying to get steam vr working so I could play HL:Alyx but steam vr kept crashing due to a "connect to vr server failed" error. Nothing across the internet helped, so I tried to use ALVR. ALVR kind of works, but only in the way that it shows choppy visuals of the steam vr menu in a rectangle and it doesn't connect my controllers and now it crashes. Steam vr tells me to verify file integrity, I do that, it crashes and tells me to verify again. ALVR tells me to put gpu stuff into the launch parameters, doesn't change anything. Please help. No I don't have error codes (at least not anymore) because it's an "unexpected problem" now.

After Micah goes in the house and Dutch follows, I try to enter and my screen goes black into a loading screen. My controls are then taken away from me as Arthur walks around aimlessly (i'm assuming you're supposed to have a horse in this situation) I'm on PC and using Rockstar Launcher cuz i got a key off of Allkeyshop
