Partner is 47M, his ex is attacking me 35F after finding out I'm pregnant.

My partner and his ex have been separated for over two years, and I met him earlier this year. I'm currently pregnant, and after she found out, she sent him a series of abusive messages about me, insulting my appearance and making false accusations. She has never met me.

As far as I know, since their separation, their contact has mostly been about him giving their adult daughter lifts.

My partner replied by telling her that communication needs to stay focused on their daughter and any outstanding legal matters. I appreciated that he set a boundary, but I'm still struggling with how intense it has become.

She also created what appears to be a fake Facebook profile and left abusive comments on photos of us on his Facebook page. Every comment was directed at me.

I genuinely don't understand why someone who has never met me would have so much hostility towards me.

How would you handle this situation?

Good baby names for 2026?

Boy or girl, dont know the sex yet but finding it fun thinking of names, google keeps recommending the same ones. I want not too common yet not too stand out either that it'd cause bullying later

How do you stop bad past experience ruining a good relationship?

My ex was abusive and the only relationship I knew until I was 33. I stayed single a year, finding myself etc.. I am now in a relationship since February and I feel great when with him, but during the week, my doubts creep in, I stayed far too long with the wrong person, and I dont fully trust my own judgement. Current bf is great to me and I still feel a need to protect my heart

How fast is too fast to fall in love?

Things moved very fast with my boyfriend, he was 2 years out of his long term of 19 years and I was a year out of my 17 year relationship, we are "in love" its been almost 6 months now and for me, our entire relationship now feels like a blur that happened so fast, Im pregnant (not planned but we are happy) Im hoping pregnancy hormones causing these doubts, he wants to live together, Im still guarded. Im 34, hes 46 and currently living with housemates, he has a daughter over 18 and this pregnancy is my first baby. My ex was awful to me, so my guarded nature is probably from that, I remember how much my ex changed over the course of our relationship and I dont want to make the same mistakes with a man again. I seemed to fall for my partner because he is everything my ex wasnt
