Rhetorical question: If the general population of the USA was forced to live with less than $2,000 per adult in total savings, plus current residence and car, and the penalty for going over the limit was that the government would take it and cut off your health care, how would that affect society?

Expats of color, USA to European country, how much racism have you experienced?

Do some European countries seem more or less racist/ bigoted, compared to other European countries, or compared to USA? In what ways? I appreciate your feedback.

Is there an advice column specifically for neurodivergent people trying to figure out social relationships?

I had a close friend but our friendship blew up. We are both autistic and ADHD (late diagnosed, we are both nearing retirement age). We are both intelligent and creative, both studious with high ambitions that got derailed in early adulthood (unplanned pregnancy and poverty for her, severe health problems for me). We both have C-PTSD from "early adverse experiences."

I am having a hard time processing the ending of our friendship. I have tried looking for advice columns that look at the neurodivergent perspective, but I have not found any. I think it matters that we are both neurodivergent.

Are there any advice columns that help autistic or AuDHD people specifically? We are an underserved population, shouldn't there be something?

Food plant that is easy to grow with memory issues?

I have a friend who has a brain injury. He is socially engaging and has a part time volunteer job making food, following recipes. He has a dog which he takes care of, food/ exercise and medication.

I have tried to talk him into growing food plants. He likes the idea, but fears that he would not remember to water them. He does not have experience with plants from before the injury.

If someone with a brain injury wants to grow food plants but may have memory/ processing issues,

Is there a very easy, basic method for learning how to do this ( reminders/ easy food plants to grow, troubleshooting, etc)?

Can you figure out, ahead of time, if a country's social style would be a bad fit?

Some people might feel drained by a social culture, others might feel lonely in an introverted culture. If you are an ambivert ( need sone social and also some alone time), and don't have a lot of money to give countries test runs, is there a way to tell in advance?

Good brands for t-shirt blanks?

I noticed that over the last decade or so, most t-shirt fabric is WAY thinner and weaker than it once was. If someone wanted to get T-shirt blanks to dye, but wanted the old, durable type T-shirts, what are the good sources/ brands for that?
