So I have a budget under 7000 (70 usd). I have been a M&K user so far thus looking to get a good controller experience.

From what I've researched I can either get good haptics (albeit with some quirks) or TMR sticks and the xbox layout 8bitdo.

The dualsense has adaptive triggers, the touch pad and better haptics motors. The 8bitdo meanwhile have TMR sticks, adjustable triggers and Xinput. I think dualsense needs steam input if a game doesn't support it natively?

I know that most of these dualsense features only work wired? But I've read Pico 2W adapter makes most of these features work on pc wirelessly or the DSX software on steam. If I get dualsense I'll likely do a TMR swap at the same time.

So I want to ask is the additional hassle with dual sense worth it if I'm mostly going to play story based games? And is the 8bitdo a better model if not then what are my other options at this price range?

Legion Pro 5 Ultra 9 + OLED + Rtx 5070 12gb + 24gb ram + 512gb ssd.

This cost around 258000 inr (2700 usd) with 3yr legion warranty. This model was not listed anywhere else apart from the lenovo website so I made the call, was worried the price might increase due to the current shortages.

Should I have waited for amazon/flipkart sales?

Ryzen 9 + IPS + 5070(12gb) = 2.4 Lakh (does not include 15k cashback)

OR

Ryzen 7 + OLED+ 5070(8gb) = 2.2 lakhs

Both of these systems come with 16gb ram by default.

Or should I choose a different custom build and get the 5060 + oled for 1.9 lakh ish? The problem is that the OLED version (Ryzen 7) does not have 5070 12gb version.

Usage - Gaming, multimedia and university work.

Budget- Around 220-240k.

Also do I get the cashback after I make the purchase?

Have been looking at Legion 5 pro (5060/5070) models for a while now. Most of them cost around 230-240k.

Legion website has the perfect model - Ultra 9 + 5070 12gb but after all offers it costs 250k. I can stretch around 200k :(

Need it for gaming, multimedia + university use. Currently looking at the following models:

1. Legion 5 pro (224k) - rtx 5060 + oled

2. Acer helios neo 16s (170k) - rtx 5070 + oled

3. Legion 5 gen 10 (190k) - oled + 5060

Do I just down down my preference to ips at this point or wait for sales? The independence day sale or great Indian/bbd sales?

Hp hyperx omen, legion 5 gen 10 (ips), Asus G16 are some of other options I am looking at. They are under 2 lakhs right now paired with rtx 5060.

Zephyrus G16 2025 is so fricking costly though, if that drops around 240-250k, could possibly consider that model.

The color looks really good. I hope it doesn't get too dirty.
